yeah, i kept it mostly like the deck except i added a Grave Titan for the 6 drop and a Sheoldred for the 7. Birthing Pods went up to 3 and ive got 2 mortarpods. I decided to make most of the cards 2 (except for Viridian emissary, young wolf and strangleroot geist) of that way i can have a better chance to get into them via pod/or just straight drawing. Was thinking of replacing the Doomblades with Go for the throats since GFTT gets rid of black cards too while DB doesnt. Not really sure what to replace for Diabolic Tutor though. Any suggestions for that or in general?

Doom Blade and GFTT are situational cards. Yes GFTT hits black creatures too, but it doesn't do a thing with Wurmcoil Engine or any other artifact creature. Your sideboard should hold spares for what ever type of match you play. As for Diabolic Tutor, drop it for a 4th Pod as it is what the deck is based around. A friend runs this deck and he likes to use mortapods with geralfs messenger, but if you don't have the messenger the replace the pod with mimic vat, because you can pod a grave titan and imprint it to the pod, search out Sheoldred, then use mimic vat to pop a titan back in play get two zombies, attack and get 2 more zombies then pod it for giggles lol. Mimic Vat works great even with the messenger because you can create a constant pod and vat combo with the messenger to make your opponent lose life. This is a really good combo so I might look into it. I would be playing it if I had some grave Titans. Post a list when you can so we all can see what you got!

Also, if your having trouble with card advantage, altar's reap is actually a very good card in this deck since you have Strangleroot Geist and Young Wolf for fodder to it or for a token made by the vat.

I do actually run a messenger, i noticed his synergy with pod early on. The vat combo sounds cool, but i'd like to stick to the pods if its possible. lol As for a list, here's the rough draft, mind you its based off of the event deck with a few changes here and there. While play testing with friends, ive noticed that the main problem for the deck is fast red decks and white human/token decks. Against Drudge it did fine, only losing one game and it dominated U/W Delver Spirit. I havent tested it against werewolves yet, nor zombies so i dont know how the deck would fair against that. Also and interesting note, my meta's full of R/G Werewolves, Wolfs Run Ramp and U/W Spirit. So any ideas or suggestions on how to handle those would be appreciated too. Was thinking of adding BoP for needed black, but not really sure what to take out for them. -_-
Body Snatchers (G/B Pod)
2 Evolving Wilds 12 Swamps 8 Swamps 22 lands
4 Strangleroot Geist 4 Young Wolf 4 Viridian Emissary 3 Skinrender 2 Perlious Myr (i like his comboness with mortar) 2 Viridian Corruptor 2 Grave Titan 2 Entomb Exarch 2 Falkenrath Noble 1 Geralf's messenger (that's all i have for now) 1 Bloodgift Demon 1 Sheoldred, Whispering one 1 Solemn Simulcron (one came with the deck, i dont have money to get 3 more just yet. -_-) 27 Creatures
4 Doomblade 4 Tragic Slip 3 Birthing Pods 2 Mortar Pods 13 Other Spells
Sideboard 4 Autumns Veil 4 Naturalize 2 Nihil Spellbomb 1 Curse of Dead's Hold 1 Witch Hunter's Orb (for red burn decks)

You don't need more than one Solemn Simulacrum , in my opinion. It's the kind of thing you want to pod into, not draw, although I suppose 2 copies could be justified because the manabase for BG pod can be a bit sketchy. As far as Birds of Paradise goes, I would highly recommend running 4. You don't need 4 copies of Young Wolf , so you could take out two or even three of them. I ran just one in my pod deck, and it was mostly just useful for podding into Phantasmal Image mid- to late-game because I ran BUG. Without Image, I'm not sure how useful Young Wolf is, but I suppose Strangleroot Geist is useful after the early game in some mathups.
Assuming you take out two Young Wolves, you could probably drop two copies of Viridian Emissary to make space for 4 Birds. Or one copy of Emissary and one of Viridian Corrupter because, again, you usually only want to pod into Corrupter because he doesn't advance your gameplan (unless he attacks unblocked 5 times...), he only reacts to an artifact. Having a second copy in your sideboard for the matchups where you do want to draw him (ie, against a deck with a bunch of swords) would probably be ok, though.
I'd recommend getting a Wurmcoil Engine or two in there, if you can, because he stabilizes against aggro like a boss. Grave Titan also does, so I'd recommend replacing Sheoldred, Whispering One with a Wurmcoil. Sure it's a BG pod player's dream to pod their six-drop into Sheoldred and get it back next turn, but I think she's best in the sideboard if anything, since she often won't do anything significant until your next upkeep. The top of the curve, in my opinion should look like either Gravy/Gravy/Wurmcoil or Gravy/Wurmcoil/Wurmcoil. But if you don't have any Wurmcoils, Gravy/Gravy/Sheoldred is pretty good, too.

You run BUG pod? Can you post a list because I have wanted a list that used those colors.
If you are having a problem with creature decks, Massacre Wurm can be a great card against those.

Yeah i know how good Wurmcoil engine is but i'd rather not play him. -_- I was thinking of giving Massacre Wurm a try though. Thanks for the advice. Are there any good 3 tap green that i could replace the corruptor with?

I hear that. Wurmcoil is awesome, but it can be a bit boring just because he's so good. :p Massacre Wurm is great in the sideboard and can be good in the main if you run into a lot of token decks. Generally, I'd sideboard him, though. Glissa, the Traitor is a pretty good 3-drop, works well with Perilous Myr and your other artifacts. Which reminds me, Phyrexian Metamorph is a good 4-drop to think about. You can use it instead of Phantasmal Image so you can cast it if you ever draw it.

I actually had to disassemble it to use some of the cards for another deck, but I was thinking about rebuilding it tonight. If I do, it would look something like this: 4 x Birds of Paradise 1 x Llanowar Elves 1 x Young Wolf 4 x Strangleroot Geist 1 x Phantasmal Image 3 x Phyrexian Rager 1 x Glissa, the Traitor 1 x Viridian Corrupter 2 x Skinrender 1 x Solemn Simulacrum 1 x Phyrexian Metamorph 1 x Dungeon Geists 2 x Acidic Slime 1 x Havengul Lich 1 x Vorapede 1 x Wurmcoil Engine 1 x Frost Titan
4 x Birthing Pod 3 x Tragic Slip 2 x Garruk Relentless
4 x Hinterland Harbor 4 x Woodland Cemetery 2 x Darkslick Shores 2 x Drowned Catacomb 7 x Forest 2 x Swamp 2 x Island
It would probably end up a little bit differently, but this is mostly off the top of my head. Also, I feel like I want more forests in the manabase so I can get a turn one mana dork more often, but it would probably be at the expense of dual lands, so meh. I'm not sure exactly what the sideboard would look like, but I would definitely include Massacre Wurm and Thrun, the Last Troll . Probably Grave Titan as well. I've also been wanting to try out the " Trinket Mage package" which includes Nihil Spellbomb , Sylvok Lifestaff , and possibly Hex Parasite . Having a couple of sweepers is usually a good idea in this meta; even though it isn't quite as all-upside with a pod deck as it is with a control deck, sometimes you just need one against aggro. Black Sun's Zenith or Ratchet Bomb would work. Curse of Death's Hold is also really good in certain matchups, so I'd recommend thinking about it.

I was looking into getting a couple of massacre wurms too! lol as far as i know, my friend is the only one running a mono white human/token deck. As for Glissa, i was considering her also because of myr, the pods and the fact that i could use her in the 3 drop spot instead of corruptor. Was thinking of maybe running 2 of her? My main concern was the 3 drop spot since ive only got a messenger in that spot. I considered putting a wakedancer in to solidify the 3 spot but im not too keen on her. Also, i dont really want to be relying on Birthing pod for this deck, i'd like it to have at least 2 win cons. lol

Here is the Junk List: Creatures 4x Birds of Paradise 3x Avacyn's Pilgrim 3x Inquisitor Exarch 2x Viridian Emissary 2x Geralfs Messenger 3x Blade Splicer 2x Pierce strider 2x Phyrexian Metamorph 1x Skinrender 1x Acidic Slime 1x Archon of Justice 1x Bloodgift Demon 2x Sun Titan 1x Massacre Wurm 1x Elesh Norn, Grand Cenobite
Spells
4x Birthing Pod 2x Oblivion Ring 2x Mortarpod
I won't post the lands, but here is the low down on what the deck is supposed to do. Mana dorks are obviously to speed things up. Now for the strategy: With birthing pod in play and an Inquisitor Exarch in play your opponent better be playing a fast deck. We will start our opponent at 20 life and go from there. 20 Play Inquisitor Exarch and the opponent loses 2 life. 18 Pod Inquisitor Exarch for Geralf's Messenger and your opponent loses 2 life. 16 pod Geralf's Messenger to get Pierce Strider, Geralf's Messenger comes back and your opponent loses two more and then they lose 3 more for Pierce Strider for a total of 5. 11 Pod the Messenger again to get a Phyrexian Metamorph copying Geralf's Messenger dealing 2 more. 9 At this point your opponent has to be able to stop Blade Splicers and what ever else you play plus Sun Titan will pop Exarch and Messengers back in play to continue the cycle.
This is a new build I am going to play and test for this week.
