Oblivion Ring is a good way to get rid of the enemy planeswalkers. Even better when you can combo out with Venser, the sojourner with it and get rid of 2 planeswalkers in a move.
Nope, doesn't work. Venser's ability is sorcery speed, which means you can't blink O-Ring while it's ETB effect is on the stack, so you can't get two-for-one that way.
If you exile a Planeswalker, though, and they play a duplicate later, then Venser synergises well since you can blink O-Ring, return whatever you exiled the first time, legend-rule the two Planeswalkers, and then exile a new target for a three-for-one.

What planeswalker is causing you problems? Most of the ones in the format don't really affect our game plan. The ones I could see being a problem are Garruk 2.0, Venser, and Gideon. Most of the time you can just Pod through them. Attack in when you can and keep working up to a big threat that they can't deal with. If you need a creature answer for them, Vampire Hexmage and Hex Parasite are about the only ones.
Venser and Gideon are always a pain to deal with, but the hardest one I've found is Karn Liberated. Karn in UW/UB control decks is pretty nasty. They only run 1 so it comes in late, after you have exchanged most of your threats with theirs. After going through vensers, jaces, tezzs, or gideons, you wont have many answers to him. Then, they never go ultimate, opting to constantly use him to exile your hand, and put you into top deck mode while they start exiling your board away and beating down with manlands. We are more suseptable to him, as with pod, we are taking all the good stuff out of the deck, creating terrible topdeck situations int he late game.
I think Hex parasite could be the way to go, with beast within not the best answer late game when you have an empty board, and oblivion ring succeptable to into the roil, which is everywhere. Phyrexian revoker is also a good one, but hex parasite has the option of being tutored up by trinket mages.

Most Twin lists have relatively little removal, so your raw amounts of pingers coupled with Collar should be a reasonable g1 plan along with Dismember and ping+Bolt. G2/3 you have a SB plan of the full four Dismembers and Acts. Also, depending on build and who starts, you can sometimes get away with siding in Memoricide.
Valakut is iffy, but you should have decent game. G1 you play out as a RDW with more land hate. G2/3 you have Memoricide and Acts.
Against aggro decks you have Lavamancers as well as basically anything + Collar. Your creatures are bigger than theirs, you have hate against Steel both with artifact and enchantment destruction and you get tons of CA either way. Moving on.
Against control decks you have tons of CA while having an aggressive early plan. I'm not afraid of control.
Also, in general, because of your many 1-drops, you have an easy time tutoring for 2-drops - whether you want a Hexmage, a Bloodghast or whatever.

Moral of the story... Serra is the kind of angel you marry... She's very loyal and always there for you both to attack or block. BSA... Well, she's the kind you call up every now and then to do all those things Serra won't do on some random Friday night.

Alien or Halo made a comment about a Naya Pod build that would use Swords etc.
Wrote down a quick list during my flight, and I honestly don't know if it's good. I put GGs in there, and I don't even know if they belong. It could possible be good with the return of Caw-Blade. The thing is that, right now, you can't afford to make something that beats Caw-Blade since people are still playing a lot of other decks. Plus, you don't JUST sideboard in too much Artifact hate VS them cuz that's just bad. And, you can't just sideboard in too much hate for the hawks, seeing as those aren't the only things that make the deck win.

@AlienFinger: I like the use of Basilisk Collar in your list. I don't really understand Koth at all though. You only have 4 Mountains and 2 Arid Mesas, so you'll probably only see about 2 Mountains a game. A 4/4 with haste isn't as good when you can't tutor for it with Pod, the ramp ability will be unimpressive, and the ultimate is useless. I would put in more Vengevines or a Urabrask if you want hasty beaters.
I already have a hasty beatstick to tutor for. Vengevine is good here, because of the high density of early drops, and I very much like it as a 1-of here - at least. It's especially good *with* Koth, as they can attack to knock a couple of points off of your Koth, and you respond by saccing your 3-drop and smashing in for eight (bonkers).
Still, Koth is a card of a completely different character. It is a pure pressure card - coupled with a deathtouch creature in Slime or basically anything else to defend it, it becomes incredibly hard to deal with - especially when any attempt to attack it will be met with a swift retaliation. Koth can also turn Mountains into 1-drops with Pod, which can be devestating (more so when you're packing Lavamancers, that is).
Finally, I think you're undervaluing Koth's ultimate - even when you only have two Mountains out. Coupled with Lavamancer or Cunning Sparkmage or often just Spikeshot Elder you have a machinegun that's very, very hard to come back from.
All in all, I like my choices. There are a couple of spots that I'm undecided on. Maybe I'll still cut the Koths if they're too unreliable in testing, or if the manabase requires a more intense manabase. Vampire Hexmage might also very easily become Phyrexian Revoker for the Twin MU while also providing respite from a PW'er or shutting down a sword and being easier to hardcast for VV recursion. Hexmage is good, though. We'll see.
