I really like the horiffying yet elegent look of Elesh. A little more human-looking favorite would definitely be Twilight Shepherd . On the male side, I rather like Vectis Silencers , for some reason.
Oh, and has anyone mentioned Knight Exemplar ? I've got that on a playmat!

Angelic Destiny for the win. Amazingly hot without trying to push the line between sexy and pornography, if that makes any sense. Also, the entire piece is easily my favorite art in Magic. Jaw-dropping.
I'm a little suprised no one mentioned her yet. The new one still looks pretty awesome, but the original artwork for her will still be one of my favorites.
