It says that for several it will be there first time in the CURRENT FRAME, not just black bordered, so it could be referring to a couple artifact legends, or anything else that's frame isn't exactly as it would be now.
EDIT: whoops, missed the very last part, but i guess it could be one of the portal legends and the preview, seeing as neither would have been printed before with a black border
Can someone clarify why teferi is holding two half-staffs, and not his one staff, broken in half, that he had on his original card?
(one end of the staff should be long and tapered, the other end is the signature "hook and eyes" - an then the last half should be broken - or maybe he had two half staffs the whole time? no? )
I hope this new From the Vault Legends set will also be available on MTGO like the last couple were.
I am just letting you guys @ wizards know that If the price shoots up to $100.00 like the last paper from the vault set I will not be buying one. I don't mind the price shooting up to $100.00 after the thing has been released. But last time the price shot up to $100.00 just to preorder the damn thing. THAT IS FRAUD! If the price is $35.00 retail then that is what the store should sell it for. The stores that did that which was like everybody who got them should have been held accountable.
I did buy one on mtgo however. I got it for $35.00 & there were no problems.
I'm both orderly and rational. I value control, information, and order. I love structure and hierarchy, and will actively use whatever power or knowledge I have to maintain it. At best, I am lawful and insightful; at worst, I am bureaucratic and tyrannical.
Retailers can place any damn price they so desire on any product. They can offer a car for a dollar or a tube of toothpaste for seventy-trillion dollars. It is Wizards lack of direct-sales for the physical product that is making inflated retail prices viable.

This is not true. It is called price gouging. You cannot do so with gasoline & neither can you with any other product. You can still sell it for less then suggested retail.

That is emphatically not what price gouging is.
I do wish Wizards had an online store. I guess they don't want to piss off their actual customers, which are the stores.
