Awesome! I know the card seemd a bit "boring" - but I felt that it really is something that should and COULD be printed. I chose to keep it just on purpose, as it's more of a blue thing that blue sometimes shares with red than a red thing on equal terms with blue.

Now, for the next contest! Having to design blue cards, or cards with blue in them, is going to be tricky. However, I think I have a fun card to display!

Time Eddy
Sorcery (Mythic Rare)
Each opponent takes an extra turn after this one.
Take an extra turn after your next turn.

(I'll see what I can do about getting card art for this)

Funny design not contest-related Show

Well, I figured just for fun, so long as we're dealing with time... I felt like showing a true paradox card!

[b]Time Paradox[b]
Sorcery (Mythic Rare)
Every permanent gains "Whenever this card would leave the battlefield, put a token copy of it onto the battlefield with this ability".
Each player exiles their hand face-up and their library face-down.
Each player gets a number of life counters equal to their life total.
Each player gets an emblem with "You cannot draw cards. You may cast face-up cards from exile as though they were in your hand. Whenever a non-token permanent enters the battlefield, exile it at end of turn. At the beginning of your upkeep, your life total becomes equal to the number of life counters you have."
"I divided by zero, oh SH-... I divided by zero, oh SH-... I divided by zero, oh SH-..."

Effectively ends the game in a draw?

Explosive Command
Instant
Choose 2: Destroy up to 2 target artifacts, destroy target land, put a 4/1 elemental creature token with trample and haste into play and sacrifice it at the end of your turn, or deal x damage to each creature without flying, where x is equal to the number of mountains you control.

It was revealed to me in a dream.  All the cards were in my dream except for three slots which I plugged in as Vault Skirge.

FULL DISCLOSURE:  The dream was post AVR so there was a copy of Slayer's Stronghold.  I decided to keep it pre AVR in my post here.

EDIT: I just remembered.  The Skirges might have been 2x Whipflare and 1x something else, probably War and Peace.

EDIT2:  Currently 4-0 in my first four games with this.  My opponents have been very angry.  I fought off a Wurmcoil from Grixis for six turns before I found my second Dispatch.  Jeez, I can do a lot of damage.

EDIT3: Streak broken.  Lost to an unexpected Overrun.    Cracking a Shrine for 10 wasn't enough.

How Kedi tests his decks:

also, I've been playtesting this deck in my sleep today
that kinda freaked me out

I'd choose the elemental and the damage .

@13th: For balancing reasons, I thought it had a drawback, since you had to remove his counters to create the skeletons^^ Also, I considered posting the first version of it which also had first strike but its effect would only trigger when he killed the creature himself and I'd like to ask you whic verson you like better. (since i plan to use him in my custom set.)

Anyways, let's start with round 2:

Demonic Strength

Enchantment - Aura
Whenever enchanted creature deals combat damage to a player, put that many +1/+1 counters on it.
Whenever enchanted creature attacks or blocks, you lose 1 life for each counter on it.
Mages who contract with demons rarely live long enough to regret their wish for power.

P.S: BludMonkey, Yarium: The card has to have converted mana cost 3.

Snarling Canine
Creature - Hound
: Snarling Canine gains Manaburst (Whenever this creature attacks, add to your mana pool.) for each creature you control until end of turn. This mana doesn't empty from your mana pool as phases and steps end.

Adaptive Evolution

Enchantment - Aura
Enchant creature
Whenever enchanted creature is dealt damage, put that many charge counters on CARDNAME.
At the beginning of the end step, remove all charge counters from CARDNAME and put double that many +1/+1 counters on enchanted creature.
That which does not kill us makes us stronger.

Edited and rethingamajigged (a couple of times). I'm still not sure about it, but I like this better than the previous version.

@13_Horseman:  Yeah, I had a lot of trouble trying to make up that reminder text.  I ended up going with the wording that sounded better, instead of wording precedents in other cards.  Silly me

Anyway, on to the next one!

Petty Mercenary
Creature — Human Mercenary (Uncommon)
Petty Mercenary enters the battlefield with three contract counters on it.
Whenever Petty Mercenary attacks or blocks, remove a contract counter from it at the end of combat.
When Petty Mercenary has no contract counters on it, sacrifice it.
Pay 2 life: Put a contract counter on Petty Mercenary.
"His loyalties lie only to his coin-purse."
4/4

Knowing is half the battle.  The other half involves owning a lot of mythic rares.

Aetherial Overlay |
Enchantment - Aura
Enchant artifact
At the beginning of your upkeep, put a token that's a copy of enchanted artifact onto the battlefield. Exile it at end of turn.
Artificers used overlays to examine their creations for flaws and imperfections.
