I'm pretty sure UB control will still be good, since it just runs Trinket Mage and MD spellbomb and slaughters all these decks being cutesy with their GY. There's very few decks in the deck help section that people are brewing that don't die to trinket control.......
What are some other good targets besides that graveyard spellbomb?

Elixir of Immortality, Hex Parasite, Chimeric Mass? Traveller's Amulet
There's some stuff, Mostly you get the amulet/parasite, but elixir is a fine target that lets you loop the spellbombs, and being able to hose lots of popular strategies seems fine. He is still a guy that gets you another card.

trinket mage is still probably not worth running. nothing truly good for him.

Nihil Spellbomb is, but i wouldn't run Trinky for that alone. Except in Pod.
It's really not even about giving niche cards to black.
It should be about giving black cards to Niche.

A few things from the new set that I think should be run in the current metagame thanks to the SCGIndy results and from a little play testing at my local store would be Tribute to Hunger and Frightful Delusion . Frightful Delusion probably seems bad but it's at least worth a shot I think(classic 2-for-1). Massacre Wurm also seems like it should be main deck at least for now with all the aggro decks floating around as well as token-generating decks. Also coupled with Black Sun's Zenith and you can do some nasty things.

Okay, so I do feel the need to point this out: All of the other Archetypes are waaaay too fast. UW Control, UW Human Aggro, Tempered Steel (They are planning on going Boros with it), and a few choice others. U/B doesn't need to be fast. It just needs a tight grip on Control. Fast UB aggro is fun and all, but Controlling the board for long enough to get out unstoppable fatties is way better. Everyone is trying to go faster, why not force them to slow it down a notch? Here is my take on this. There are no guarantee's that it is the best or anything, since I really prefer splashing green for Parallel Lives and a few other choice cards. I have posted the deck here, because some people don't like unknown links: Lands: 2 x Darkslick Shores 4 x Drowned Catacomb 2 x Ghost Quarter 5 x Island 11 x Swamp Creatures: 3 x Grave Titan 3 x Massacre Wurm Other Spells: 3 x Endless Ranks of the Dead 4 x Frightful Delusion 3 x Geth's Verdict 3 x Mana Leak 4 x Think Twice 3 x Army of the Damned 3 x Black Sun's Zenith 4 x Distress 3 x Moan of the Unhallowed Sideboard: 3 x Negate 3 x Consecrated Sphinx 3 x Despise 3 x Torpor Orb 3 x Forbidden Alchemy
WHY?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!!?!

A freind of mine has been testing a version of this dec with good results. His list is splashing green and red for 3 MD garruk and Ancient grudge. Stensia Bloodhall is another of his win conditions.
His list is pretty much draw-go, reliant on lots of CA, Snappy, garruk and bloodhall to win the game. He has six removal spells, and runs 4 mana leak, 3 dissapate. Think twice and forbidden alchemy along with 27 lands.
He loses to the UB mill control deck, and heavy mana disruption.
Apparently the best way to break the control mirror is nephalia drownyard and surgical extraction, it just puts you miles ahead and gives you a nice win condition that works well in a draw go deck.

It's not a splash when you're in four colours (UB, plus red for Stensia, plus green for Garruk and Grudge?). I don't believe that's stable enough for this format when you have decks like Solar Flare available (and in three colours they're better supported and still have issues sometimes).
I think with UB Control, the only reason to play it over Flare or UW (or UGR, even) in this format is if you can build a really trump-based deck. You want to really lean on Liliana and Despise, and rely less on permission (can't do that well with Lili). Grind both players out of resources as fast as you can, and then win through stronger topdecks.

There are a lot of duals in the format, he describes the deck more as a blue deck, splashing three colours, since he doesn't need double colours of pretty much anything. 27 lands, think twice, alchemy etc, can give you a decent amount of fixing.
However these are his testing results with another friend of ours, so the numbers seems legit so far, but I feel the deck has weaknesses, but it's posted better numbers than UB control in testing(and solar flare, and UW control) so I thought I'd mention it.

if i'm playing UB, i'm going all out draw-go abusing snap. i think there may be the tools to pull it off, and then just board heavily against decks like steel or RDW.
in any case, this is what i might play at states, this or UW..... or UWB....
