Please forgive me if someone else has already posed this question.
If you have a Semblance Anvil in play with an artifact imprinted it on it, what is the cost to play an Everflowing Chalice for 1? Is it 0 or 2?

Please use autocard [c ]Semblance Anvil[/c] gives Semblance Anvil  . First you add all cost increasers (which includes additional costs like kicker) and then you subtract reductions. So if you decide to kick the Everflowing Chalice  once it will cost zero in the end.
