if i have Ulamog's Crusher  in play and i put a Eldrazi Conscription  will he have annihilator of 4 ???????????? is annihilator stackable?

First, please don't make a post titled "????????????????", that's just rude.
Secondly, yes, the annihilator's "stack". It doesn't have Annihilator 4, but rather two separate instances of Annihilator 2. That could be important if someone can counter abilities, as they would need to counter both instances instead of just 1.
