Oh believe me, it's possible. I've got several ideas on how to use the walker's abilities in weird comboriffic ways, my big problem is picking just one to submit.

I have a few ideas but from the details they have published its hard to tell exactly what they are looking for. Uniqueness and creativity are kind of subjective terms. What about important criteria like consistency, mana curve, SB construction, etc.

I have a number of great ideas, and would very much like to be at least eligible for the compition, but unfortunately I can't due to being a Canadian. Thanks, Wizards. :[

Wouldn't those things fall under the third category, "Relevance"? The way I'm reading it, I think they care more about what the deck does and how it goes about doing it rather then how tournament-worthy it may or may not be. Basically, think like a Johnny.
And the sideboard is optional, so I doubt that's going to factor in heavily if at all unless you do something really cool with it.

May the deck be focused around one planeswalker, but be more than one color. like say if i wanted to build a jace deck, could i make it blue/black?
I have the same question. For instance, there's tons of lifegain in this set, so could it all contribute thematically to Ajani? Or do I have to stay in white?

Do my eyes deceive me, or do a couple of these intro packs actually contain a THIRD COPY of certain cards? I thought that was now prohibited by U.S. law, considering how long it's been since they did it.
My New Phyrexia Writing CreditsMy M12 Writing CreditsAs far as the benefit of the rest of Magic is concerned, gold cards in Legends were executed perfectly. They got all the excitement a designer could hope out of a splashy new mechanic without using up any of the valuable design space. Truly amazing. --Aaron Forsythe's Random Card Comment on Kei Takahashi

Three Bolts! I'd never thought I see the day when I'd be happy to drown in piles of a common, but it's actually happened. Bolt is one of those few stellar commons where offering someone a dozen is usually a decent trade.

Protean Hydra is a rare, now? Wow, I'm glad I didn't buy any of those! Imagine paying mythic prices, then having wizards drop the rarity to something more affordable! I might wait until M12 when they release it as an uncommon...

I'm also wondering if it has to be mono color or not. Also, how do we submit the signed waiver through e-mail? Do I have to print out the waiver, sign it, scan it, and attach it to the e-mail?

I've long since given up on them putting one of the dual lands in the precons to help out the budget players, but now we don't even get a Terramorphic Expanse?
Still, great to see these back to 60, I'll definitely make it a point to grab one or two.
