Stasis Mage - 8/10 - Not what I think of when I think of a creature that is all about speed, but I kind of like the creature. I'm not sure the wording is right, but I might be wrong. Also, it may be overpowered for blue, but again, don't know. Experience Elemental   Creature - Elemental Whenever you put a level counter on a creature you control, that creature and ~ gain hexproof until end of turn. : Remove a level counter from target creature. If you do, put a +1/+1 counter on ~. 2/2 Criteria: Make an enchantment or land with level up!

Experience Elemental- it is neat idea, put kind of OP because of it's secornd ablity, you can nerf the OTHER players Leveler And make it bigger?! still neat card 8.9/10  Make a card that gets bigger by the # of cards in an oppents hand

Grand Bazaar: You know, maybe I'm just happy, but I like this card and like most everthing about it. Upon second glance, tapping it to level up is like "Aww". I'd rather it come into play tapped, not do anything as a level 0-1 and have its level up be 3 colorless. That's just me though. 8/10 Thought Sensor Creature -- Elemental As long as an opponent has 7 or more cards in his or her hand, ~ gets +1/+1. As long as an opponent has 10 or more cards in his or her hand, ~ gets +3/+3 and has Hexproof.  ,  : Each player draws a card. 1/1 Make a card that interacts with exile.

I'm into this, AEE. I like the idea of this playing in Legacy, though I think it'd need a little more power to do that. The tap ability is crazy expensive. Though I think I see your logic. Blue one-drop, already a 1/1 with a conditional bonus. I don't think anyone would use that part of the card though. Better in casual with Forced Fruition  or something. Also, Elemental is a weird creature type for this - what element? Like is it pure thought? I don't know enough about chemistry in the Multiverse to understand how Elementals are supposed to function. . . But I digress. This is a card that I like of yours. Smokeless Firespur  Creature - Djinn Flying : Exchange a card you own from outside the game with a card in exile. Move any counters on the original card to the new card. "Wishful Thinking, or Thoughtful Wishing? You may only choose one. . ."2/2 I'm aware that this probably isn't worded correctly - but I'm sure it is intuitive enough for you. Criteria: Make the last of a breed.
What a shame, I thought your previous one was fantastic.

Um. That's a crazy effect. So if I understand it right, you can suspend something like a Rift Bolt  , then swap it with something sick with long suspend times like Deep-Sea Kraken  and get it out? Cool. It's a really niche and weird abilty, but it's neatly executed and I don't think it's broken. Okay, here is the clincher. I've been waiting to say this.
The "cam girl" this was inspired by was just a girl from a social networking website, Stickam. Her name was TinyTerror and she was just a regular girl who was on her webcam, totally unrelated to any type of adult content.

I really enjoy imagining this from Kevin's perspective. Because in Kevin's world, Rosewater actually reads everything he types. Instantly broken with changeling. Odd take on the idea of last of the race, feels more like a 'cares about variety' than 'soon to be extinct' vibe, but it's an interesting idea. 4/10. Karas, Heir to Kraal

Your card is okay, I guess. It wouldn't win any contests, but. . . I do like the return of Lord. Flavour text has sub-God Syntax/Grammar. In all honesty, I do like the flavour though. Kinda wish it were a 6/3 or something though. 6/6 is probably a tiddle too strong. I don't think it's good enough. This ability is really narrow without flash. If a new player plays him on their first main phase, they get a "feel bad" moment. If you play him while they have a tap creature, say a "pinger" the just respond to the enters battlefield trigger. (probably by killing him) "Gains summoning sickness" is probably a or ability. This would work in a set with lots of  abilities, but I think Morg would be fine as a 2/2 for 2. Sylvan Manaling Creature- Manaling Sylvan Manaling is green. As an additional cost to play Sylvan Manaling, untap a tapped forest you control. 1/1 Criteria: Something that rhymes with "booze".
