One of my players showed me his Rewards screen which has him receiving a plastic DCI card. That card did not come with his other Rewards cards. Is there somewhere he or I can contact to try to get the card?
He is 11.

Bruce,
My son and I are both in the same situation. The last mailing was our very first rewards mailing, so we were both supposed to get the plastic DCI card. It shows on the rewards site that we did, but we didn't.
I contacted the WPN rep for my state about the issue. He checked into and got back with me, saying that they'd run out, but that they're supposed to be sending them as soon as they get more in.
