How to autocard (do this to specify a card in your posts): Type [c]Black Lotus[/c] to get Black Lotus . Type [c=Black Lotus]The Overpowered One[/c] to get The Overpowered One .
I'm pretty sure that nothing is shared but the phases of the heroes' turns.
Alternatively, nothing at all is shared, and the heroes happen to take their turns at the same time.
"We will all be purified in Wurm. What is good will be used to heal Wurm, or grow Wurm, or to fuel Wurm's path. What is vile will be extruded, and we will be free of it forever." --Prophet of the Cult of Wurm
I bought 2 of the decks and tried them in a number of situations with different numbers of players. it's almost unfair for the non-arch-enemy players unless there's atleast 4 or more players against the arch-enemy. 3rd turn in our 1st game using the scheme cards, I had an artisan of kozilek out for free. It coulda been a 1st turn eldrazi if luck-o-the-draw permitted. Other following games gave little chance for players to gain any kind of advantage. Creatures seemed to be kept on the defensive and when they had the opportunity to attack, couldn't get thru. We played alot of games and the only game in which the arch-enemy was even damaged was decks using direct damage and lifeloss. Beating the archenemy would probably be easier using cards like Darksteel Reactor or some such where you can win the game in some other way than damage. strategizing together really seems necessary.
I'm both selfish and rational. I'm scheming, secretive and manipulative; I use knowledge as a tool for personal gain, and in turn obtaining more knowledge. At best, I am mysterious and stealthy; at worst, I am distrustful and opportunistic.

A lot of that has to do with the power level of the decks you're up against. For instance vintage powerhouses would easily be able to compete with an archenemy deck while standard decks may require 3-4 players to even have a chance.
