Nah, it's been in there for a while, as has been 7th Ed Maro .
These guys take their data from auctions and store prices, and seem to hang onto the data for a fair few months.
All it takes is for one card to sell once in six months, and to have its price on that sale lose its decimal point as it's being entered (or mistyped, or whatever).
So yeah, it's an outlier, but it's probably in the list because there's a problem with the data they're using, rather than there being a problem with the site itself (if you go and look at the MOTL price list, I suspect Yare and Maro will be through the roof as well... it's likely been propagated from there).
