The Inquisition is strong in my meta atleast, thats why i have it in over duress. plus i can play inquisition t1 or two, and there are alot of other things that id rather play turn 3-5 than a mind shatter (in most cases).
i never really thought about thornling...but i dont have any atm and dont want to shell out $$$ for a card that is cycling soon (i iz a cheap a**).
The Terra Stomper is actually really good, and i reccommend trying it.
i have been going back and forth on the dragger for hexmages...i WANT to get M-Pulses for this reason...but i cant afford them (see above X___X ).
about the lands...i have never had a problem running 22 lands in this deck. nothing is more than 5cc besides the stomper. and there is ramp in the deck. BUT if i did add in the two lands to make 24, what should i take out?
post appreciated =)

Honestly I would consider dropping Prey's Vengeance, I really just have not enjoyed playing any type of pump spell effect in Standard. I'm sure it can come in handy sometimes but I'd rather hit my land drops more consistently which I just don't see happening with 22 lands. I mean I run 24 lands even in Devestating Red and still manage to miss a land drop every other game or so. That and as much as I like momentous fall it has seemed clunky in my lists before. I'll have to put my Rock list back together on MTGO and try running some different things.

Hey, anyone seen the preview for Grave Titan in 2011? Spoiler:
Show
Grave Titan 4BB 6/6 Deathtouch When Grave Titan enters the battlefield or attacks, put two 2/2 black zombie creature tokens onto the battlefield.
I think he'd fit perfectly into a lot of builds as a finisher or at least become the giant target the opponent uses their removal on...thoughts?

I only see the Titan taking the place of something a little more game-breaking, like a Wolfbriar Elemental which has more potential spread out over more area. 6 mana for 10 power that quickly drops to 4 (Grave Titan) or 6 mana for 8 power that generally sticks(Briar)? The target painted on GTs back is a bit too much heat for me, and a fixed cost is never tons of fun either. This logic sounds really narrow even to me, but in the end I say not a maindeck threat. Bloodwitch is the better black bomb.

I... need a filing cabinet. -Quagmire I think I saw Emrakul in a cartoon with Japanese schoolgirls once. It didn't end well. -Qmark Edit: Couldn't find a cookie, so here's an octopus. Enjoy. -Zigeif777
grandma pumps the threat she ramps.

If you believe in Jesus and love him and aren't afraid to admit it, put this in your sig.

Look at the card. Now back to Jace. Now back to that card, now back to Jace! Sadly, it isn't Jace, but if it stopped being a junk rare and became relevant, it could act like it's Jace. Crack some Worldwake. What do you have? You have a Jace, the card you wish this card could be like. Look again. THE CARD IS NOW A $75 BILL. Anything possible when you play Magic with Jace and not junk rares.

The Bloodwitches are sideboarded for thw white matchups. I'm not a big fan of Wolfbriar in non-mono green decks either. I know the deck can produce a ton of mana but I'd have to do some testing before I commited to him.

Okay, this is my finalized list I'll be using before Shards rotates. I guess it's really a Knightfall Deck, but that thread is dead. KNIGHTFALLEN: Spoiler:
Show
Not going to buy Pulse, Cobra, or Path at this point. Other than that it's been pretty good so far. After trying every kind of ramp, I've found Realms Uncharted is the best with KotR. Feeds the graveyard, gives card advantage, thins my deck, etc... it really is a good card. Grim Discovery offers a bit of mana fixing that you don't get with tri-lands (or Cobra), plus recursion. The rest is pretty straight-foward. My local shop just started doing constructed at FNM, so I've got 2 or so months to get the most out of the deck.
