I just thought up the concept earlier today. Basically, it would be a deck focused around using World Queller to sacrifice Allies and control the board. Then use Emeria, the Sky Ruin to bring them back and recycle their abilities. I've seen some B/W builds of a similar concept using Bloodghast, so I think this could work, too. I probably should keep it mono-white, but I kind of want to splash another color. I don't have a deck skeleton yet, but these are some cards that I'd probably include:
