Budget: 4/5 Affordable. DD is $25 but it's needed in the deck.
Power: Mushing 2 kinds of decks together is a very interesting strategy. I would of never thought of that, but will it work? 15/20

Your ruberick is shoddy and biased, at best.  Your criteria are reduntant and ridiculous (take away from his build because the namesake card you asked for is expensive?).  And finally, your thread has a major potential for trolls.
