Rain Dance - Enchantment When ~ enters the battlefield, put a flood counter on each non-island land. At the beginning of each player's upkeep, that player may remove a flood counter from a land he or she controls. Lands with a flood counter on it doesn't untap during its controller's uptap phase.
I'm both chaotic and orderly. I value my own principles, and am willing to go to extreme lengths to enforce them, often trampling on the very same principles in the process. At best, I'm heroic and principled; at worst, I'm hypocritical and disorderly.
Okay, here is the clincher. I've been waiting to say this.
The "cam girl" this was inspired by was just a girl from a social networking website, Stickam. Her name was TinyTerror and she was just a regular girl who was on her webcam, totally unrelated to any type of adult content.
I hope you all feel really smart now.
This is like someone coming into class with a bloody nose and everyone's like "Jeez what happened to you" and they're like "I ran into a wall" and everyone laughs at them for being an idiot but then at the end of the class they say "HAHA JUST KIDDING I PUNCHED MYSELF IN THE FACE!!!!!! TALK ABOUT OWNED HAHAHAHAHA"
I really enjoy imagining this from Kevin's perspective. Because in Kevin's world, Rosewater actually reads everything he types. Mark is sitting there right now, reading this, and thinking "The greatest trick the devil ever pulled. . ." Or some such. He chuckles low, then clicks on "The Best Of KEVINSET" and says "Yes, this'll do just fine. A busty lady with banding who deals direct damage to Zones!? Why this will be the star of my next set, and no one will ever believe you Kevin." Then he closes his Macbook, so his servant may move it out of the way, while another servant puts a Fetal Richard Garfield Clone lathered in Steak Sauce in front of him. Then Mark Feasts.
Sorin walked into the chamber where his newly wed bride, Vampy, awaited. A beam of moonlight illuminated his brilliant silver hair as he strode with confidence towards the bed. His shirtless body showcased his powerful abdominal muscles and he was wearing jeans with holes in the knees.
Rain Dance Enchantment - Aura Enchant Land Kicker When Rain Dance enters the battlefield, if its was kicked, put a 5/5 blue Serpent creature token with Islandwalk onto the battlefield. Enchanted land is an island.
Rain Dance Enchantment Suspend 5 - Whenever a time counter is removed from ~ while it's exiled, put a 2/2 blue Drake creature token with flying onto the battlefield. , Tap two untapped creatures you control: Copy target instant or sorcery spell that you control. You may choose new targets for the copy. The more who dance, the stronger the downpour.
Rain, rain, go away, come again some other - wait a minute, what am I talking about? It doesn't rain where I live here this time of year.
CityofAs: Well, that's a very strange drawback for a removal spell. I think I'd be more inclined to use it as ramp for myself than anything else, actually, since it is 5 mana after all. With that in mind, it's kind of weird for white to be doing that. KunouNoHana: Hm, this can lead to some very interesting combat scenarios. It seems costed appropriately and it certainly seems interesting in a limited setting. Imidazoline: Though the name is very blue, doing that isn't a blue or a green thing, really. False Dawn says this should be white, while the ability to restrict a player's spell casting is also a white thing. Koridian: I understand why you made the card this way, but it's out of the color pie for blue to be pumping creatures and generating mana. It's fairly costed as is, but it doesn't make sense in blue's piece of the color pie and it also doesn't fit with blue's normal play style. lark774: You would have to choose one of those as it entered the battlefield, so you really need work on the wording here. Anyways, this card is very strange. I don't see why a blue enchantment should be so much more efficient at creature pump than stuff that white does, even factoring in the Echo cost. Cold Articuno: This does have the issue of blue not doing the mana ramp thing, but at least it's only one mana a turn for each player. I feel like there's a better way to word the other ability to make it make more sense overall, though. It's a pretty interesting card, though. vlord: Giving you blue mana...in red. This seems like it would play very strangely, given that you have to run heavy blue to make use of this in a deck. Tzaph: This seems pretty fair, though I don't think the triple blue cost is necessary. That said, I think the effects all work very well for the blue mage and none of the effects are overpowered at all for the price. ParadOxymoron: That is quite the quest. I think it's solid for the most part, but it kind of bothers me that a non-planeswalker card is making an emblem. I think it would make more sense for the enchantment itself to just give you the ability. Echo Robin: I've said it before that this sort of thing really isn't a blue thing to do. I see nothing but broken things coming from this card, that's for sure. 13th Horseman: I think it's fairly costed, but it's also fairly boring. I'm honestly surprised nothing like this was done back in Ravnica: City of Guilds. Coralus: You have a couple of wording issues here. "Comes into play" is archaic wording; "enters the battlefield" is correct. The upkeep trigger needs to be on a seperate line and it needs to say "from Rain Dance." Also, it should be "Blue creatures get +1/+0," not have. Wording issues aside, there are a couple of major issues with this. First of all, the time counters don't actually do anything. It doesn't even have Vanishing, it just flat out has random time counters. Decreasing the power of red creatures is fine, but increasing the power of creatures isn't really a blue effect and giving them first strike is really, really not blue. ConfusedAsUsual: Ohhh, that's mean. Mean, but fair. Costing 5 mana makes this a tough one to use, but it's pretty solid. It's also something I never want to play against. dberry02: Well, I suppose that's pretty cool. The indestructiblity is really powerful, but five creatures is a lot to get out afterwards barring an immediate Increasing Devotion . Fenix.: Obligatory color pie comment, but at least this one is harder to use than some of the other ones. Blitzschnell: I like that a lot, actually, but the kicker needs to cost 5 (maybe even 6), not 4, since a 5-mana 5/5 unblockable is pretty darn strong in blue. That said, it's a very intuitive combination of effects that I think is neat. nukeshooter: I look at the costs on this and just groan. 5 blue mana to suspend is pretty absurd, though it is quite the powerful effect while suspended. The abilities are all fair, I think, but I think it still needs a few tweaks to be complete.

Rapid Spin Sorcery Destroy all auras and equipment attached to target creature an opponent controls. If you’re fast enough, everything just slides away...
Red because artifact/equipment hate, green because enchantment/aura hate.
I was thinking of making it cost more because it would be hell to something like Bruna, Light of Alabaster </span> (grumble, damn Bruna, grumble), but in most cases it's not super-effective. ... ... Pun totally intended :P .
All cards I make have artists credited in the appropriate places. Artist names in "quotes" are DeviantArt usernames unless otherwise mentioned.
Rapid Spin Instant Choose target creature you control, and a creature an opponent controls which the first creature hasn't fought this turn. The chosen creatures fight each other. Then if the first creature is still on the battlefield and that player controls at least one creature that hasn't fought this turn, choose one of those creatures and repeat this process. The dervish dances only with death. -Rabiahn proverb, meaning "Know your limits"
