I find it ridiculous that for another year the city of Louisville, KY goes without a gp again. It's getting old, I mean after all, this city is good enough to only host the fastest two minutes in sports every year, the city can clearly handle the influx of 100,000 + people a year for a week or so, but we get shunned by WOTC.
The city has everything that you would want a gp city to have, it's easily accessible to riverboat gambling, has a great entertainment district, and is a very historical city. Do not get me wrong, being in the middle of nation is great as I get to have two gp's within 4 hours driving distance this year, but really, it's time for Louisville to get one.

And I find it ridiculous that you are complaining your CITY doesn't have a GP when you have TWO in a negligible drive distance... are you for real? My CONTINENT doesn't have a GP (though I understand why it is so). I must say the schedule disappoints me a bit - there aren't really any exciting locations that make me go "wow I want to go to this place, now I have an excuse!", except for australia. There are less GPs than in 2009, and, the most disappointing of all, no team events! Why not? Everyone from competitive players to casual players loves teams, I was even starting to set up a team already because I was so sure we would have them

We've never had one in San Jose, and the valley is a hotbed of M:tG activity. Sure, we get Oakland, but seriously, *Oakland*? And we've had San Francisco a couple of times, but I feel San Jose is continuously overlooked.

Ugh, why does the midwest have to be stuck with the Legacy Grand Prix again? Now this is 4 years in a row without a Standard / Constructed / Block Grand Prix within 12 hours of Illinois. Oh well, at least im lucky enough to live in the US so that the closest Grand Prix isnt a 20 hour plane ride away.

Wizards,
GP: Portland. Which Portland? I'm guessing Oregon, because it's the far larger city, but you have to be clear.
I think journalistic standards allow for a U.S. city to be stated without including the state, when one city with that name is prominent, as in Columbus or Oakland. I'd say the two most prominent examples where you must include the state name are Charleston, the second largest city in South Carolina and capital and largest city in West Virginia, and Portland, the largest city in Oregon and the largest city in Maine.

I say, "HERE-HERE!" By this I mean I agree, and also that I hope it is here here, as in the 7-minutes-away-from-my-place P-town, Oregon. No offence to Maine. Anyone know the answer?
