I guess the question now is that since I have drank from the Fountain of Youth, what happens if I have something else drink from it?

Deepening Riddles

Tribal Enchantment - Sphynx
At the beginning of your upkeep, any opponent may reveal a card from his or her hand with converted mana cost greater than or equal to the number of riddle counters on ~. If an opponent does, put a riddle counter on ~. If no opponent does, you may draw a card.
Some Sphynxes like to ask easy riddles first, in order to cultivate a false sense of hope that their prey might have a chance with their true test.
