Not once, but TWICE, I did this at my sealed event.

Turn 1: Land

Turn 2: Kalaina (sp) expedition - The land expedition to put 2 into play

Turn 3: Land, Harrow, pop expedition.

Turn 4: Sorin Markov.

Not bad, eh?

On the play:

1st turn: Plains, Steppe Lynx

2nd Turn: Forest, Khalani Heart Expedition, Swing for 2

3rd turn: Forest, Harrow (2 more forests), Sac Khalani (2 more forests), and Primal Below for a 15/16 Steppe Lynx, taking my opponent down to 3.

My best pre-release story from Zendikar:

8 Lands in play, Zektar Shrine Expedition with 2 counters on it.

Play my 9th land, Landfall triggers giving me the 3rd counter, I sac the Expedition to get the 7/1 Hasty Trample token... then cast Rite of Replication with the Kicker paid, and swing for 42 damage!

I did this in a casual game first, and then pulled it off in a real game too, both on the same day! >:D

I thought this was hilarious.

What do I open in sealed but... a foil Rampaging Baloths!

So now I have a set of four foil ones.

...and getting 20 packs for $15 wasn't bad either.

Gigantiform is awesome! In sealed the first time I played it I put it on a Kazandu Blademaster that already had a Savage Silhouette and two counters on it. 12/12 tramplers that regenerate for 2 mana and have first strike and vigilance are VERY VERY mean. Craziest of all... I had Conqueror's Pledge in hand with the land to play it and kick it next turn but never bothered as my blademaster was more than enough. In another game I managed to put the Gigantiform on a Steppe Lynx with 3 Explorer's Scopes going and played Harrow to swing with it as a 14/15 trampler! That deck won 1st place.

Later in an EDH game I played Rite of Replication kicked targetting a Rampaging Baloths. Sadly I never got another land after doing that and though I killed one person and injured another (30 trample damage is nasty!) I ended up dieing to getting triple teamed and slowed down by a Pendrell Mists.
