If I have a genju of the falls, and then turn it into a creature by paying the 2 mana, and then enchant it with say Curiosity, when it turns back into a land at end of turn does that cause me to discard the enchantment to my graveyard because its no longer considered a creature card?

First of all, it does not "turn back" into a Land, because it never stopped being a Land. Second, once the Pemanent stops being a Creature, the Aura attached to it with the "Enchant Creature" ability will be put into the Graveyard for enchanting an illegal Object.
