Can Rhys the Redeemed, and Rhys the Exiled be in play at the same time, Or are the name segments "the Redeemed" and "the Exiled" Discriptors for the same Legendary Personage?

The legend rule only cares about two legendary permanents with the same name. Similar names isn't enough.
