That's where your thinking is wrong. Because the enchanted land IS all three when you tap it you are tapping ALL THREE not just ONE. Read what was posted before you posted this garbage. Tapping all three what? There's only one thing to tap: the land. The only things you actually have three of are land types and activated abilities.
Okay, you like being direct. I'm not wrong. You are mistaken. You have been proven wrong by direct quotes from the comprehensive rules. The sooner you accept that you're wrong, the sooner you can start understanding why, and in the end you will be a smarter, more educated player because of it. At this point all you can claim to be doing is practicing browbeating gullible opponents into letting you cheat for extra mana. Please don't try to pull this in a tournament or you'll be kicked out.

There is a difference between something being tapped and something being tapped in order to pay a cost.
If it gets tapped by something, it's just tapped. You, as it's controller, did not declare that you were tapping it as a payment of a cost. That needs to be done in order for you to get the mana.
If an opponent with Icy Manipulator taps your land, you did not declare that you were tapping it as payment of the cost to get the mana. Your land is just tapped. So, you are not paying the cost. Your opponent may be preventing you from paying the cost and adding the mana to your mana pool. Thanks, but I meant for noviceuser to answer the question.
I don't have a problem understanding how it works, but I strongly suspect that either he does, or he's just trolling.

Your comparison is flawed because you fall to the same trap that a lot do: You assume a mana symbol is indicative of a land and vice versa. This is not the case. A lushly-grown land has those three land types, and like the Shocklands of Ravnica, each separate basic land type includes a built-in mana ability that is activated by tapping, not triggered when tapped; as such, you can only pay one activation per tap, much like you can only buy one one-dollar goodie per dollar spent.
The initial confusion here in this thread is understandable; the obvious refusal to accept the answer and understand the simple explanations given to help understand that answer is not. Please, do not play devil's advocate here; the question is answered clearly and concisely; with this answer, there is no confusion as to the function of the card. Do not keep this thread going unnecessarily.
(Note: Damned net went down, don't know how out-of-date this post will now appear to be, but I'm posting it anyway.) I can only play one activation per tap however because because the land is now ALL THREE when I Tap I should be activating ALL THREE because there should be no distinction; and there isn't in the card.
Not only that but if you would have read I stopped posting long ago only to return now because 2 more pages of posts went on after I had accepted the answer after being shown one of the previous multi-lands. Even then I don't completely agree with it because the card says nothing of the sort and the golden rule is that the card is always right.

And there is nothing in the BR that says [...] Ok, we seem to have another problem on our hands.
Lets say the basic rulebook said something. Then lets suppose the comp rules said something different. Which should be fallowed and why?

And, in a roundabout way, we have our answer. noviceuser believes that all activated abilities on a card are the same and that activating one activates all of them.
I'd really love to hear his explanation of how Planeswalkers work!

There's basically three problems with your argument.
Problem one : you assume that because something is 3 things, then it MUST do the three things at once. You support that argument by saying that it's simply "reading" + golden rule. I'll bite here. In fact, I did bite earlier, you simply ignored it. READ the fallowing : "I have an object that is a flashlight AND a laser AND a retractable pen. We know that a flashlight emits light when you push a button. We know that a laser emits a laser when you push a button. We know that a retractable pen retracts the tip of the pen when you push a button. I push a button on my flashlight/laser pen. What happens."
Problem two : you think that tapping a land produces mana automatically. That is wrong per the rules.
Problem three : You seem to think the basic rulebook has higher autority than the comp rules when it's actually the other way around. If the comp rules contradicts the basic rulebook, then the comp rules win. Simple as that.

You assume that when you play one activated ability of a card, you play every ability of that card. This is not true.

I'm pretty sure noviceuser is a troll. People should really stop responding to him and he will go away.
