That would be the list I would run. That looks like a fairly straight forward list. Aggressive, no frills, very consistent. I like it. My only question is what happened to Bitterblossom? It's an excellent 2 drop against everything except that player with 2 Cloudthresher in his hand.
I'd just test 'em both and see which you like more.
Personally, I'd lean towards Remains at first. Shambling remains has done well in my playtesting: i like them because I can drop them on a guy with Wrath of God in his hand, and if he board clears it just makes it easier for me to unearth and pop him for 4-8.
@Karchev: Linked you on my RDW OP. PLeasure doing business with you.:D Excellent, and I've done the same. Thanks for the cooperation.
Playing R/b currently. for fun

Attended GP Rotterdam this weekend and after dropping from the main event I won a pickup 8-man standard tourney. Here's my list: Demigod Blossoms:Creatures: 4x Figure 4x Mogg Fanatic 4x Boggart Ram-Gang 4x Demigod of Revenge =16 Other spells: 4x Bitterblossom 3x Terror 3x Incinerate 2x Volcanic Fallout 1x Banefire 4x Flame Javelin 4x Blightning = 21 Land: 4x Graven Cairns 4x Sulfurous Springs 2x Auntie's Hovel 2x Ghitu Encampment 1x Reflecting Pool 10x Mountain = 23 SB: 3x Everlasting Torment 4x Infest 4x Chaotic Backlash 3x Magma Spray 1x Loxodon Warhammer Alrighty. I'd like to say that my list is nowhere near optimal. I've been playing some WW lately and thus had transformed it into a burn-ish deck while my figures were elsewere. So I quickly threw some stuff together and this was the result. Here's how it faired: Round 1 vs. Nova Chaser jank.dec:Seeing as we had quite a bit of waiting time before the tourney started, I had found out what this guy was playing beforehand. He pretty much played a crappy deck and I proceeded to destroy him through killing of smokebraiders. Got surprised by a briarhorn, but really wasn't much of a challenge. 2-0 Round 2 vs. BW Tokens:This is pretty much what I consider the hardest matchup for my deck, but fortunatly the guy behind wasn't the best player ever. As an example at one point he played a Knight of the White Orchard and didn't find a plains although I was up a land. Game 1 I don't remember much of except winning it with a banefire for 7. Sideboarding time! I actually decided to only board in infest and took out terror.. obviously because I had forgotten about BFT. I also took out some blightnings (since I don't like the card) for some magma spray and a hammer. He had a pretty dangerous opening with windbrisk into double knight of meadowgrain and another windbrisk. Luckily I had an infest on my hand. Although it killed my own figure and a bitterblossom token, I'm pretty sure it was the correct play. The glorious anthem he played next turn would pretty much have meant GG if I hadn't done it. The game was pretty close as he got 2 BFTs down and Path to Exiled my Demigod. In his last turn he was at 3 and he played an Ajani to attack me down to 4 (soon to be 3 from BB). His board was 1 BFT and a faerie rogue token both of which were 3/3s from Ajani and Glorious Anthem - I had gotten rid of a BFT by blightning+flame javelining him for lethal. I had various ways to win the game. I played a volcanic fallout which he had to prevent (due to BB), which made me able to attack for lethal. 2-0 - I was pretty psyched with this one! Round 3 againt Lifegain.dec:He played something similar to what a friend of mine was playing, so I wasn't too unfamiliar with the matchup. He did lack manafixing in form of fetid heath etc., which might've cost him the game. I lost the first game through small beats from gwyllion and soul syphon amongst others (the big threats were answered instantly). Embarassing, I know. The next game I had everlasting torment in. As he attempted to batwing brume me to avoid lethal I reminded him that damage couldn't be prevented and we were on to game 3. The last one was a bit too exciting. He opened with nip gwyllion and I hesitated a bit before I played an auntie's hovel tapped. The following edge of the divinity made me regret I didn't keep mana open for magma spray instead. That misplay was close to costing me the game as I couldn't answer the gwyllion before t3 with a flame javelin. 16 point life-swing and a bitterblossom on my side was a dangerous race. Thankfully demigod of revenge was up for the challenge. I decided to play it safe around a potential batwing brume which it turned out he didn't have, but I won the game anyway. He didn't have soul syphon mana, though I'm not sure if that would have affected the game. I'd just have played it less safely and eventually swung for lethal instead of slowrolling it. The prize was 5 conflux boosters which were filled with jank and a noble hierarch. Jay!

Bitterblossom is too slow for this deck, yes it provides a little late-game reinsurance, but unless the deck gains over 20 life by turn 4-5 its gone. I rather run extra reach because it takes 1 turn for Incinerate to do 3 damage while it takes 4 for Bitterblossom to do so, get the picture.

Alrighty. I'd like to say that my list is nowhere near optimal. I've been playing some WW lately and thus had transformed it into a burn-ish deck while my figures were elsewere.
Not optimal but I think it preserves the general sense of the deck: here's some tips, if you'd like.
1. Playing demigod is a solid choice, but keep in mind his weaknesses. I've personally been leaning away from big 5-drops in preference of 4-cost persist in Redcap. I used to dislike those guys alot, but they really are a versatile creature. I would look to your meta when making the choice.
2. I've been earnestly playtesting singleton banefire versus 2-of, vs. 3 in SB. and I have to say, putting a single banefire in your deck is the magic equivalent of rolling a dice to see if you win. I would put three either SB or MB (again depending on meta), and make it more consistent.
3. MB terror is another gamble, that could end up very well, or not-so-well. I've found it is a really good card vs. ramp decks (assuming they aren't running a card with black in it as teh win condition). It is very nice to be able to answer that EOT cloudthresher easily. I personally run tarfire MB in that slot (also makes it easier to keep hovels open), and side the terror in against cloudthresher and it's ilk. Also, consider running eyeblight's ending instead, as that answers many other big threats ( hellkite overlord , (partially answers) broodmate dragon , and don't forget demigod of revenge )
4. As far as your SB, if you shift to get more / sources, you could consider stillmoon cavalier . If this guy hits the board vs. B/W tokens, your win chance goes up immensely. its a constant, unblockable, unkillable threat to them. It is the same versus kithkin (which is another tough matchup)
5. this deck really needs 24 land, imo. If I miss that third land drop, i lose three times in five.
6. the final two suggestions i'll give you is to try hellspark elemental instead of the mogg fanatics, and try out profane command . 2 hellspark can deal 12 damage (6 of which is uncounterable), as well as being excellent profane targets. This is, at least, what i'm testing. So far i've been rather impressed.
Lemme know what you think.
So I quickly threw some stuff together and this was the result. Here's how it faired: matchups

The prize was 5 conflux boosters which were filled with jank and a noble hierarch. Jay! First, Thanks a lot for coming here to make a write up! stuff like this is going to be very informative when people come here looking for a play choice!
I personally like playing with 4 stigma lasher SB, just because a turn 2 stigma makes alot of decks cry. that divine-1up deck you mention, folds if you hit them with a stigma turn 2 and clear the way t3 with a shock or w/e. Everlasting torment is a good alternative (but removable).
Your B/W token game came pretty close, which makes me think you might need to run 2 volcanic fallout SB also. That has the added benefit of immensely strengthening your Fae matchup.

I am definatly taking banefire to 2 or more (I even have it in my binder), upping the volcanic fallout count, putting in hellspark elemental, probably to replace bitterblossom and going 24 lands or cutting the 5-drop all-together.
I do, however, not think terror is a gamble. Why? Well what is the toughest things to answer for this deck? - BFT - Big dudes. What does terror answer? Both of those!
I'm not really testing standard atm because it's extended season, but I think I'd try testing Deus of Calamity or 4 MD fallout with demigods.

i have been playing this deck for a little while now and wanted to point out a cpl things. first off, after testing, i do realize that SGC is better atm than demigod. to me, its like comparing helspark to hell's thunder. SGC can still get dmg threw, regardless if your opponent blocks or PTE's. Demigod can get blocked all day long, just like hell's thunder. Another thing i tried was ear wig squad. this card has been a game changer like u wouldnt believe. against R/W Lark... they just lost Lark, Faeries... Mistbind. u kinda see where i am goin with this. i won my last tournament with 28 people this past friday. unfortunatly i dont have a reporton how all the games went, but i can post my deck if needed.
Also, why isnt this thread in the decks to beat?

Zoz There isn't a decks to beat forum afaik. This thread is an offshoot of the soon-to-be post limited RDW thread that is in the tourney center. After discussing with the guy who restarted the RDW thread, we've decided to split Blightning off as its own thread to make it easier for people to find answers.
I'd love to see your deck: and earwig squad is a good card. Ive considered SB'ing it, but I just can't find anything to drop. I'm not so afraid of the boatbrew/rev control matchup that I feel like its necessary.
SGC i've been playing with for awhile. He's a great card: It's just that he sat in my hand unplayed at the end of several matches i've had. I'm currently trying out the murderous redcap in his place: its faster, persist, and has a direct burn component.

I'm glad to hear you're having good luck with MB terror: I 'do' usually side them in versus fae, and they certainly would be no slouch in the BB/WW matchup. Like i said, i'd probably run a couple main, except that i need something to trigger my hovels to come into play untapped. I lost a game versus a RHox War Monk + shield of oversoul deck yesterday b/c my third land came into play tapped and so i couldn't burn the blasted thing.

I've been thinking about my version for a while and have made the following changes: Creatures (20) Mogg Fanatic x4 Hellspark Elemental x4 Stigma Lasher x4 Shambling Remains x4 Siege-Gang Commander x2 Murderous Redcap x2 Spells (16) Incinerate x4 Blightning x4 Volcanic Fallout x4 Nameless Inversion x2 Beseech the Queen x2 Land (24) Graven Cairns x4 Auntie's Hovel x4 Ghitu Encampment x2 Reflecting Pool x3 Sulfurous Springs x4 Swamp x4 Mountain x3 Sideboard: Nameless Inversion x2 Savage Lands x3 Jund Charm x3 Relic of Progenitus x3 Cruel Edict x4 I really upped the land count from my previous version, but 2 of those are man-lands. I also tossed in the SGC and tightened up my SB somewhat from the janky mix I had before. I'm not 100 % on Cruel Edict, but it has come in handy against pro-red/pro-black critters or creatures that are bigger than 3 toughness, or when the opponent only has one critter on the table and I don't want to cast Fallout to deal with it. 2 BtQ feels right, still, as it would only be played in a pinch. Most games, it would just set comfortably in my hand.
