Sounds good. I didn't mean Elemental builds but Pan's in general. I didn't even mean for my build to turn out Elemental - I just realized that a lot of the cards I had wanted to try out happened to be elemental. I think that you're right though - a b/w/u build will probably be stronest. I just wanna try this one out first. Post your list soon!

I honestly tried to rebuild after Alara came out - it was very difficult. Decided to run 5 colors - with rare lands, the alara uncommon lands, and 4x Prismatic Omen . It just didn't take off - at all. Extremely slow, and nowhere near as good as it used to be.

this is what ive got so far, but i dont like how it seems like theres just a couple too many critters here... i cant think of any better supplemental spells for this though... if i was to remove anything, it would be strix, just cuz i already have an evoking flyer and DT isnt usually necessary... my shriekmaws and profanes are being used somewhere else ATM(profane would replace mannequin)... i could also afford to drop 1 archon and maybe 1 drifter (too much stuff in 5cc)... i think my removal is pretty set, and my SB (i think) is solid... any ideas people? secret tech: bone splinters ... Not much from Alara yet, only the duelist caught my eye on the creature front.
Mistmeadow skulk x4. This is still the man. Mulldrifter x2(or more). Best common from Lorwyn? Shriekmaw x3. Sure, it can't kill everything, but then you SB them out. Cairn Wanderer x4. This is all the creatures you need. Discarding creatures is LOL. There is so much boardwipes now that it is completely unneeded. Also, the opponent only has to discard a faerie macabre to stamp a red L on your forehead. There will usually be lots of creatures in the graveyards, remember that the Wanderer not only cares about your own, but all.
Esper Charm x2 (more in SB). Kill O-ring and bitterblossom, among others, and can also be helpful in every other way. Profane Command x2. Extra reach, i.e. Oona's Grace x1. Instant card draw. Dump lands if you got to many. Raven's Crime x1. It is a funny card. Might seem lame, but it works. Makeshift Mannequin x4. Recurring nightmare. Oblivion Ring x3. I mostly play it on planeswalkers and enchantments. Unmake x3. Extremely cool removal spell! Wrath of God x2. Sometimes things has to calm down. Thieves' Fortune x4. Secret tech. 8 rogues maindeck.
Sideboard: Burrenton Forge-tender x4. LOL at red. Faerie Macabre x4. Mannequin what? Nucklavee what? Unearth what? + wha'ev.
Don't try to iceskate uphill.

What were some of the big losses that hurt the build in your opinion? Quick aggro decks, also a B/W lifegain deck - the build was WAY too slow. Played alot of the Alara tri-color lands, REALLY slows your game down. Also, played with duel lands - very tough to work and again, SUPER slow.
I miss Time Spiral.

yo!, i brought my recently posted list to FNM last week and went 4-41st round: mono control, win 2-1this was my best friend, he only got one game by deckin me out with oona... shortly after the round he said to me, "im gonna build pans" 2nd round: / tokens win 2-1MVP here was deft duelist, that chick single handedly wrecked this guys whole day, so i kept up on his tokens with her, and finished him off pretty quickly with teh pale man... he got me one game from mana screw and i had to SB my forge tenders (which are now MD cuz i needed them too often) 3rd round: demigod loss 0-2this was a kick in the face, cuz he seemed to draw perfect hands both times, while i got mana screwed (i think he stacked the deck, but i cant prove it)... things like infest wouldve helped, but i didnt have alot of things from the new set... since the fnm tho ive gotten alot of new stuff and i plan to revise my build and post it before the next fnm (probably gonna run it for a while).... btw, most awesome synergy in this deck, archon of justice + bone splinters

So, I was thinking about going back to my Cairn Wanderer Deck. The biggest losses from Time Spiral Block for me are probably Calciderm and Damnation . I only own one Wrath of God , but I've got a playset of Damnation s... Ah well. And losing Calciderm hurts. He's awesome alone, awesome with Mannequin, and awesome in the graveyard giving Wanderer shroud. The only real replacement is Deft Duelist on the shroud front; which is a good card, but still... Of course, blue allows even more of a Mannequin setup, with Mulldrifter joining the already excellent Shriekmaw . I wish I had more Eventide cards... I basically missed the entire thing. I'd like to try out the black/white divinity, and Unmake ...
