Don't like Adept. Very nice when you can find the room for her, but other things are a bit faster than she is (Heritage goodness and/or the 2-cost untap elf). Here's my current list: 14 Forest 4 Vivid Grove 4 Jungle Shrine (This is the one part I don't like ... it works quickly enough, but having 8 comes-into-play-tapped lands scares me a bit, I know it's going to end up screwing me. Might end up putting the Hideaway land in instead of the Groves, but I haven't decided on that one yet.) 4 Llanowar Elves 4 Nettle Sentinel 4 Ranger of Eos 3 Skyshroud Ranger 3 Heritage Druid 1 Regal Force I actually like the manbase. Llanowar is probably the slowest card here, which says something about TurboElf (it's what I called the deck before seeing it online a few days ago). 4 Manamorphose 4 Elvish Promenade 4 Primal Command 3 Path to Exile 2 Roar of the Crowd 2 Shared Animosity Multiple win-cons via your red cards or just swinging on your opponent with 8 million Elves until he dies. I don't know about playing defense via Path, but I do like having a backup in case someone else decides to eat my lunch faster than I can eat his. I'd like a post-Wrath plan ... Recollect is pretty decent, especially since Heritage Druid happens to make 3 and it happens to cost 3. SIDEBOARD4 Mark of Asylum (stops all of those silly decks aiming to Spray/Fallout/Firespout/anything-not-named-Wrath-or-Infest) 3 Guttural Response (because it sucks being the only guy not playing CC) 3 Scattershot Archer (AND HE'S AN ELF) 2 Wheel of Sun and Moon (for some reason, Lark and TwinMill are popular now) 2 Naturalize : because I just plain ran out of stuff to pack. 1 Path to Exile : in case their dudes are better than yours.

I'm a fan of ramp-style decks, but have never tried the elf version. mono- green just doesn'y seem like its would be an optimum list so i built a Gwr list. let me know what you think. i might take it to FNM tonight. Naya Elf Bombcreatures 2 x 5 4 x *Heritage Druid 4 x *Llanowar Elf 3 x *Druid of the Anima 4 x *Nettle Sentinel 3 x *Imperious Perfect 1 x *Wilt-Leaf Liege 1 x *Creakwood Liege 2 x *Meglonoth 1 x *Realm Razer 2 x *Regal Force spells 1 x 6 3 x *Garruk Wildspeaker 3 x *Ajani Vengeant 3 x *Banefire 3 x *Primal Command 4 x *Elvish Promenade land 2 x 0 3 x *Wooded Bastion 2 x *Fire-lit Thicket 2 x *Karplusan Forest 11 x *Forest 1 x *Plains 1 x *Mountain S/B2 x *Firespout 3 x *Raking Canopy 3 x *Path to Exile 3 x *Oblivion Ring 3 x *Eyes of the Wisent 1 x *Regal Force *Explaination of some choices 1)the lieges- wilt leaf is never bad and as an elf can help with the heritage. creakwood is a token producer that effectively gives you a 3/3 every turn. 2)meglonoth/realmrazer- both are bombs. meglonoth is a 6/6 vigilance trample that can, kinda, attack on your opponents turn. realm razer, with most of the decks mana coming from the elves its like a one-sided Armageddon . 3) Banefire- does anything really need to be said? Just incase it does. pay one red plus whatever mana else you want = the mana from the elves= uncounterable gg. 4)garruk- better than overrun IMO. 5)Eyes of the Wisent- prefer it over guttural esp. against fae. it doesnt require the blue spell to resolve, just be played, so even if they bounce it you got a 4/4 for 2. something i might cahnge. realm razer for Gilt-Leaf Archdruid so they dont get their lands back.

// Deck file for Magic Workstation ( http://www.magicworkstation.com) // Lands 4 [LRW] Gilt-Leaf Palace 10 [9E] Forest (3) 2 [u] Swamp (1) 4 [LRW] Mosswort Bridge // Creatures 4 [EVG] Imperious Perfect 3 [EVE] Talara's Battalion 4 [MOR] Heritage Druid 4 [EVE] Nettle Sentinel 4 [LRW] Wren's Run Vanquisher 3 [10E] Civic Wayfinder 4 [MOR] Bramblewood Paragon 2 [ALA] Elvish Visionary 2 [LRW] Nath of the Gilt-Leaf // Spells 2 [10E] Overrun 4 [LRW] Gilt-Leaf Ambush 4 [LRW] Prowess of the Fair // Sideboard SB: 2 [LRW] Vigor SB: 2 [MOR] Door of Destinies SB: 3 [SHM] Faerie Macabre SB: 4 [SHM] Raking Canopy SB: 3 [10E] Pithing needle ok I was thinking that maybe I could get some advice on the sb. I wanted to run something jank every fnm in the sb that might work. now thing is I have 1 spot open. I and I have reveillark sometimes, midrange always( includes darkbant, some random 3 color ones and naya and random ones and boat brew these are all sometimes but I always have some midrange, controllish( not too controllish) sometimes, and lastly rb deck wins( more discard with megrim and other stuff including liliana and raven's crime and such) or red deck wins sometimes plus tezzerator but that I'm not concerned with too much, oh and maybe swans. and B/W tokens sometimes Now I was thinking of 4 elvish eulogist and taking out vigor and something else for red deck wins but my question is since I haven't tested against rdw or rbdeck wins with this deck and I don't know if I would last long ennoough to get the vigor out or not if not then I would shove in the eulogist to survive the onslaught if i would I would keep in the vigor. and maybe some other suggestions... maybe I'll take out faerie macabre if the reveillark isnt there just some help would be nice for today

Revamped:
MAINDECK
7 Forest 4 Reflecting Pool 4 Brushland 4 Karplusan Forest 4 G/R Filter land 3 Treetop Village
4 Nettle Sentinel 4 Llanowar Elves 4 Heritage Druid 3 Imperious Perfect 3 Ranger of Eos 1 Regal Force 1 Realm Razer
4 Elvish Promenade 4 Manamorphose 4 Primal Command 2 Recollect 2 Shared Animosity 2 Roar of the Crowd
SIDEBOARD
4 Path to Exile 3 Scattershot Archer 3 Guttural Response 2 Wheel of Sun and Moon 2 Ruined Halo 1 Wispmare
CHOICES
* Reflecting Pool came in for Jungle Shrine. I think Tops are enough comes-in-tapped for one deck, and having 12 G/R sources has worked really well, since the deck only needs one to win.
The white is nice, but it's only really in for Ranger, Razer, and SB cards. Might come out (unlikely).
* Shared Animosity and Roar of the Crowd are some-good as win-cons. Right now, I'm liking the Shared Animosity a little better, since it costs 3, but both have worked in testing.
* Perfect enables a little bit of a faster kill with Shared Animosity. And it makes Elves. It also happens to cost 3, which is awesome for this deck.
* Recollect ... I like this card, especially when trying to revive singletons, but I don't know if there isn't something else I could be packing in here to make the deck a little faster (but it does help post-Wrath and/or Infest).
