The meta defines what ver. of this deck u must run, the meta around me its a lot of control and blightning, some tokens and 0 faeries (recently some turbofog and milling decks), so killing them fast its better
This its the one Im playing now, and works very well for me, dont have problems with tokens.

if you meta is defined by blightning, why aren't you playing wilt-leaf liege ?
frustrates me, need something that dont die againts them
my magic community its small, all know im an aggro player, and when I played Dark-Bant on FNM, they know I use wilt-leaf liege so they never used they blightning until my hand runs out, after 1 match they SB the blightning for spot removal, I never played her free, and when I pay the 4 mana for her she dies, thas why Im usind Paladin en-Vec vs blightning, its a really great beater/blocker, he make me win vs them with the exalted or DStrike or 2° combat phase
I really think Faeries is a much harder matchup than we realize. And I fear that Faeries could be making a return soon.
i recently took 3 out of 4 games v. faeries without a lot of problems. just make sure you mull until you get a fast start. fae has always had problems with decks that just drop threat after threat, like rdw. pridemage and gutteral response in the board cleaned house. i might add hurricane too. again, md meddling mage is good.

Faeries is a harder matchup; but it is very winnable. A lot comes down to how you play and the version of the deck that you run. The all out aggro version I feel will have more troubles with Fae then some of the other builds; especially if they don't get a great starting hand. While the other versions that have more counters can protect itself better and that means that Fae can't just play it's normal disruption game. I so suprised someone at regionals that was playing Fae; when I used Cryptic to counter his spell and bounce once of his lands. He was like you have Cryptic in your deck.
Hmm, I wouldn't know how that build works...I'm very curious about Knotvine Paladin. I'm assuming most builds don't use it because of the Jhessian and the Shorecrashers. Both of those 2 drops allow for some neat tricks and synergy.
So, if Knotvine attacks with a noble hierarch and a rafiq in play, he becomes a 6/6 right? 2/2 from exalted, and 2/2 from his own ability....
I would still like to test it out and see how it works.

Yes if he attacks alone then he would be a 6/6; with no evasion and can be chumped blocked. Which is right now why the mimic and infiltrator are better 2 drops.
Knotvine works very nicely with Elspeth and also pretty nicely with Ajani Goldmane. Elspeth provides a buff and evasion (or an extra body that will buff him this turn and block next turn). Goldmane gives everything vigilance, so he gets his full bonus even if you do a full swing.
