Welcome to Stump the Judge!

In this contest you submit questions in this thread for me, and me alone to answer. Should I fail to answer your question correctly, you get one point. Contestants may ask 2 questions a day until the end of Saturday. On Sunday I will finish answering questions and tally the results. Winner gets a Custom Avatar with additional prizes to other top finishers possible. Please read Technical stuff and Specifics for further details.

Technical stuff and Specifics Show
Hey, I'm a judge. I like technical stuff!
0. Post your questions in this thread. I will reply in this thread quoting them and then giving my answer.
1. Only I, your Judge for this event, will be answering questions.
2. I will not have the assistance of the Comprules.
3. Questions must only cover card interaction rules questions. Nothing that requires Penalty Guidelines, TO Handbook, or Magic Floor Rules documents will be answered.
4. Questions must remain of reasonable size. I can't answer 50 questions if they are all a page long. And its not very sportsman to try and win because I missed one double effect from one of the 32 or so Furnace of Rath s you have in play.
5. If I deem a question to be unreasonably long I will ask you to shorten it and resubmit. The rejected question will not count towards your 2/day; shortened resubmitted questions will.
6. No double jeopardy. If someone asks a particularly hard question you may not re-ask it to try and piggyback into a point. Keep questions unique.
7. If you wish to ask two question in one day please post them in the same post. It will make things easier on me.
8. When you believe I have answered a question incorrectly make a post quoting your question, my answer, your answer, and proof of your answer. If I accept I was incorrect then you will receive a point.
9. The contest ends on Saturday.
10. On Sunday I will answer any outstanding questions and contestants have a final chance to claim I answered questions incorrectly. After Sunday I will submit final results and winner(s) will be able to receive prize.
11. I can amend these rules at any time. I'll try not to, but something, such as number of questions per day, might have to change based on popularity.
12. NO UN-CARDS!
13. Question windows will be instated so I don't have to keep the thread 24/7. Times will be posted.
Sorry that was so long, but I like to cover bases.

Good Luck Everyone and don't forget to autocard!

And so people say to me, "How do I know if a word is real?" You know, anyone who's read a children's book knows that love makes things real. If you love a word, use it! That makes it real. Being in the dictionary is an artificial distinction; it doesn't make the word any more real than any other word. If you love a word, it becomes real.

Well, um, I feel a bit shy, but here goes:

This is the scenario:

My opponent controls an untapped island. He has one card in his hand, Mystical Tutor , and two cards in his library (the one is blue instant and the other a black creature, but I dont know this at this point).

I play Word of Command.

What results?

a) The blue instant must be put on top of my opponents library.
b) The blue instant may be put on top of my opponents library.
c) The blue instant may not be put on top of my opponents library.
d) Something else, what?

Well, if the tutor gets hit with the command then the answer is D. First, you have the option of failing the search. Second, you can name cards until you name the blue instant remaining in your opponent library, that card goes on top of the library.
