To be honest Primal Command helps out by getting rid of a man land for a turn, It searches for a finisher, it buys time with life. and helps against lark and other graveyard focused decks.
It seriously would have saved me so many games last night. It is so versatile that it deserves (at least some testing) in Maindeck. Same with the Nath of the Gilt Leaf. He may not stay in the deck.
sidenote: Shriekmaw is really bad in my meta since we have 3 b/g rock decks, 2 b/g elves, 3-4 B rogues, 2 b/u fairies. I think we have 1-2 non black decks.

I edited my post above(#549) I removed Nath of the Gilt Leaf and Primal Command for 4x Augur of Skulls. I forgot how much I liked these guys. I remember why I took out the Nath in the first place. I do wish I could have kept Primal Command but I had to cut something. I also would like to fit an extra land in here but may have to run a 61 card deck to do so.

Here is my deck. I played a bad version of rock at states and after that didnt have a shop to play at for a while. So Im not working on making this deck competative again. Take a look and please give criticism. Also no I dont have tarmogoyfs. I could get them if I wanted to, but I still dont really like em in rock. 60 cards Land: x21 Mouth of Ronom x2 Urborg, Tomb of yawgmoth x1 Snow-covered swamp x7 Treetop Village x2 Snow-Covered Forest x6 Llanowar Wastes x3 Creatures: x16 Chameleon Colossus x1 Wall of Roots x4 Masked Admirers x3 Troll Ascetic x4 Shriekmaw x4 Sorcerys: x11 Call of the herd x3 Sylvan Scrying x3 Damnation x3 Profane Command x2 Instant x6 Tendrils of corruption x3 Sudden Death x3 Planeswalker: x3 Garruk Wildspeaker x2 Liliana Vess x1 Artifacts x3 Loxodon Warhammer x3 SIDEBOARD X15 Tendrils of corruptions x 1 Call of the herd x1 Deathmark x3 Krosan Grip x3 Tombstalker x2 Quagnoth x2 Extripate x3 Just let me know. I know their are problems, but this deck in its original form before alot of changes to make this, Was very solid for states. Although to this day I still hate turbo-fog :D

It would be difficult to argue for a single best build card for card, but looking at decks posted for the past few pages should give you some things to work off of.
Even so I'll post a few thoughts.
Land: x21 (Not enough land by the normal standards) Mouth of Ronom x2 Urborg, Tomb of yawgmoth x1 (Need 3 if running tendrils) Snow-covered swamp x7 Treetop Village x2 (You want at least 3 of these) Snow-Covered Forest x6 Llanowar Wastes x3 (Of course 4 is best, but they do hurt so 3 is okay)
I do see you are fetching Urborg or a treetop though.
The b/g Elf lands are usually used as well.
Creatures: x16
Chameleon Colossus x1 (You'll want at least 2, if not 3, but expensive) Wall of Roots x4 (Good anti Doran tech, aggro defense & with cipt lands) Masked Admirers x3 (He's okay, could be two of, best with elves) Troll Ascetic x4 (Good, great with hammer of course) Shriekmaw x4 (Many run at least 2, 4 may be overkill depending on meta)
Sorcerys: x11
Call of the herd x3 (If you don't have Garruk, doesn't seem bad, but you do) Sylvan Scrying x3 (? I'd go birds or Llanowar elves for mana accel) Damnation x3 (Never a bad card in an aggro environ) Profane Command x2 (Very good, some even run more)
Instant x6
Tendrils of corruption x3 (Not good unless you run 3 Urborgs) Sudden Death x3 (double black mana will be hard to hit some times and tehfaerie never see's play anymore) Run Namelss Inversion for certain and perhaps a terror/eyeblights ending or two.
Planeswalker: x3
Garruk Wildspeaker x2 (Of course he's great) Liliana Vess x1 (Not bad either, mostly side board these days though)
Artifacts x3
Loxodon Warhammer x3 (needed without heavy hitters, two may be enough)
SIDEBOARD X15
Tendrils of corruptionsx 1 (doesn't work with mana base above) Call of the herd x1 (redundant) Deathmark x3 (very good) Krosan Grip x3 (a good choice) Tombstalker x2 (you might consider one, or two main deck as a finisher) Quagnoth x2 (a decent side board choice) Extripate x3 (not bad either)

So last night at FNM I went 3-0-1 with the deck posted above. We intentionally tied so we both won an FNM Eternal Witness. We played for fun during the round and I won 2-1 (with no sideboarding) I had a pretty lucky night but this version of the deck is very solid. Although I can not draw a Profane Command when I need one. All in all I am very happy with the deck(minus the fact that I would rather have a Gilt-Leaf Palace instead of Murmuring Bosk) 3x Loxodon Warhammers are almost too many sometimes. I may switch one with the Profane in the board. The hammer is really good against aggro so it is worth a 3rd copy against them but Profane is just too good against everything. Also do you think Mwonvuli Acid-Moss is a good sideboard card? It kills manlands, it stops Dragonstorm, it helps slow Lark, and fetches a land for you(it would actually warrant 1-2 copies of Murmuring Bosk). Thoughts?

I've considered that card as well. Overall it's better in Doran so they can fetch a Bosk, but would be okay for the rock. I think you'd need to run at least 3 copies though to have a decent chance of getting one soon enough to slow Lark down. Even then this would be a sad top deck after turn 5-7 in many cases. Granted; you could kill a man land and put a land in the grave for goyf if nothing else. I like the idea of the card, but ideally you'd want to cast it turn 3-4 and after that it may be sorta meh.
For Lark I'm thinking 2 Extirpates and 2 Crypts in the board.
