You missed this?
Max Noninfinite Damage (Play Fatal Frenzy targeting Seedborn Muse (22291367 mana left): Reiterate )

I grew up in a bilingual household, which means I am familiar with the difficulties in adopting a different vocabulary and grammar.  That doesn't bother me.  Persistent use of bad capitalization, affirming the consequent, and flaming bother me a great deal.

Rule that I would change: 204.1b Show
204.1b Some effects change an object’s card type, supertype, or subtype but specify that the object retains a prior card type, supertype, or subtype. In such cases, all the object’s prior card types, supertypes, and subtypes are retained. This rule applies to effects that use the phrase “in addition to its types” or that state that something is “still a [card type].” Some effects state that an object becomes an “artifact creature”; these effects also allow the object to retain all of its prior card types and subtypes.

"Eight Edition Rules Update"
We eventually decided not to change this template, because players are used to “becomes an artifact creature,” and like it much better.

Players were used to Combat on the Stack, but you got rid of that because it was unintuitive. The only phrase needed is "in addition to its types"; the others are misleading and unintuitive.

You mean the archived thread? I don't think so. Better to have the reference in the other thread. There's two threads in the OP that will eventually get cut, too. I only moved instead of deleted because the new version had just been sticked.

i have a question i cant get answered i built a deck out of slivers and i have one sliver called crystalline sliver that makes all slivers not be target of spells or abilities and all the other slivers give the abilities like trample first strike and flying to all slivers.  so my question is would the crystalline sliver stop the slivers from buffing each other. im not sure but it seems like that is a naturally accuring buff that happens just from the slivers being there and not an ability that actually targets them

in my opinion they would still buff each other because they are field abilities...by not being the target of spells or abilities then no one could cast a giant growth on any of them because it would 'target' one of them where as might sliver says ALL sliver get +2/+2 not just on so none of them are being targeted but then again i've been proven wrong ^.^

p.s. slivers areee cheap lol

I recently added a twist to an old but good combo. get underworld dreams, then Teferi's puzzle box, then trow out a memory jar tap and sac at the beginning of your opponants upkeep to do 16 pts of damage in one turn. find the cards and try it. oh by the way try some dark rituals to make it faster.

i am looking at a combo that i am not sure of how it would work. if i play prized unicorn (all creatures able to block prized unicorn do so) and then equip it with whispering cloak (equiped creature is unblockable) does that end all blocking by an opponent
