Sure it'll ruin Triskelion decks, and really annoy Sakura Tribe Elder , but there's much worse out there.


And the Jitte...and well anything that has a activated ability

You can cast it straight away or you can see what your opponent has then cast it

But to also repeat earlier posts, it doesn't go into ABSOLUTELY EVERY DECK like the Needle. It won't plummet in price - they dented it's flavour to make it reprintable, and it should remain a casual favourite until the end of the Earth. But it won't achieve the value of Needle, ever.
