Can you Reknit a planeswalker that will have 0 loyalty counters due to
a) using an ability?
b) attacked by creature?
c) targetted by direct damage?

will Reknit replenish their loyalty counters?

Can you play Reknit targeting a Planeswalker before it loses its last Loyalty counter? Yes.
Will it do anything? No.

Being put into the Graveyard for having no Loyalty counters is NOT Destruction; Regeneration can NOT replace it.

No to all. Regeneration replaces destruction. A Planeswalker being put into a grave for having 0 loyalty counters is not destruction, it's just a state-based effect.

None of the above.

Although you can target a Planeswalker with Reknit, but it won't help you. Regeneration replaces destruction and a Planeswalker going to the graveyard for having 0 loyalty is not destruction.

Sure, why not?

No, I am not a judge.  That's why I like to quote sources such as the rules that trump judges.
