The copy created by Wild Ricochet would be RFGed with 3 time counters, then promptly cease to exist as a state-based effect.

there wasnt more to the question, but I'm a little confused by what you mean. It would cease to exist after being removed from the game why?

You say as a SBE, but I'm not exactly understanding that.

FAQ on state-based effects

420.5j If a copy of a spell is in a zone other than the stack, it ceases to exist. If a copy of a card is in any zone other than the stack or the in-play zone, it ceases to exist.

No, I am not a judge.  That's why I like to quote sources such as the rules that trump judges.
