Surprising. I haven't played with M10 rules yet, or really paid attention... but I played a few games last night, and definitely put damage onto the stack at least twice. Also, playing at the local shop it has come up, and is always commented on ("do it while you can" and that sort of thing).
Well at FNM there's lots of jokes of "Order my blockers! Order my blockers!", but it never has actually come up.
Umm, so I don't really frequent these forums any more, but I do blog for my website Greatplay.net.

Well at FNM there's lots of jokes of "Order my blockers! Order my blockers!", but it never has actually come up.
Seems strange. I can clearly remember one instance Friday night in which my opponent team-blocked one of my creatures in order to kill it. I must have been tapped out or something, or holding no cards, because people do run plenty of Sigil Blessings and Collossal Mights.

That never happened to me.
It probably would if I was playing limited, though.
