If I dredge for 2 and the first card I mill is Gaea's Blessing  , do I continue to mill the second card and return the card I am dredging to my hand and then shuffle my graveyard into my library? Or do I shuffle my graveyard into my library first, mill the second card, and then the card I'm dredging has no effect because it is no longer in the graveyard? Is it something else?

You put both cards into your graveyard. Then, the next time a player would get priority, the Gaea's Blessing triggered ability goes on the stack. When that resolves, you shuffle your graveyard into your library.

A small nitpick:
