When you say 'stack', do you mean 'cumulative'? Because stack has a specific meaning in magic. They are in fact cumulative. If you have 2 Merrow Reejereys out, then when you play a merfolk spell, you can 'tap or untap target permanent' twice. They each trigger when you play a merfolk spell and you can choose different targets for them.

Ahh okay. Thank you. Because there was this combo where you could practically replay the spell Summon the School over and over again. It was because Merrow Reejerey could untap 2 permanents per cast of this, which means that 2 of them could untap 4 because of summon the school, and so on. And I hear all of this was done on turn 3.

A single Reejerey will only trigger once on a single playing of Summon the School. It triggers on playing a Merfolk spell, not on a Merfolk coming into play.
