If I have a Bramblewood Paragon  in play and an Obsidian Battle-Axe  , and I play a Boggart Ram-Bang  , and equipt it for free, does it gain trample due to Paragon's second ability?

Yes. Its second ability does not care where a creature's counters came from, just that it has +1/+1 counters or not, so it will have trample.

Oh wait...
What about if I have Battle-Axe in play, then play Ram-Gang (equipped), then play Paragon...
Will the Ram-Gang gain trample?

Not unless you put a +1/+1 counter on it in some other way. The paragon doesn't care where the counter comes from, but it does care that it is there.
