I was wondering, if I played multiple False Cure  s in one turn, would they stack? Say I play 4 False Cure, they resolve, then I play a Healing Salve  targeting my opponent, would he gain 3 life, then lose 24?

Correct.
Each Delayed-Triggered ability will trigger and all 4 of them will make that player lose 6 life.
