It's more of a controllish sort of card that's good -against- aggro, than a card you would run in this deck.
Unlike flametongue kavu, it doesn't come down to remove a blocker -and- be an efficient guy. He's useful to remove something small, block (and hopefully trade) then do it again, which is not really this decks idea of a good time.
While I agree that redcap is great, it doesn't really fit in this deck.

The above build has been really good in testing, though the martyrs never seemed to work, so I might replace them with Dragon Claw s against aggro or just race faster. what decks are you siding martyr against? our burn suite should be able to stop most aggro decks, letting our power creatures through. dragon's claw is a great card against heavy burn decks, but seems less potent in the mirror match, as the winner is going to be whoever can get their creatures on the board the longest.
also, warhammer seems pretty clunky. it's best against the mirror, but while your playing it and equipping it, their beating face and they can just flame javelin whatever you equip. while it can win you games on the back of a huge gargadon or crusher, fatal frenzy is going to be better on those anyways.
also, i think krosan grip is going to be better than seal of primordium. it stops swan combo and makes sure you hit a bitterblossom. i think the extra CC is worth it.

Everytime they print some free cantrip, whether it be mishra's bauble, street wraith or now metamorphose, a million people always say Hey we can all run 56 card decks! . Well, to be fair none of the others are truly free cantrips. Street wraith does cost you 2 life and bauble does cause a delay before you get the card. Manamorphose has the capacity of fixing mana (in the unlikely chance of being mana screwed) while also being a true blue cantrip.

I'm going to put Everlasting Torment in my sideboard to stop Swans of Bryn Argoll combo which I think will be popular in my regionals. Do you think it's the best answer?

Do you think it's the best answer? It's probably the only answer if u plan on playing mono-red. There is always krosan grip, if u splash for green.
