I'm also budgetizing right now. I have a Teachings deck featuring jace beleren , Urborg, Damnation, Coalition relic etc. and I'm not (yet) going to wreck it down in favor of this deck.

Sales prizes of a Dutch magic site - real price would be between 50-70% of these prices (prices in ⁈uro's):

venser, shaper savant - 9,00 each. Two-of maximum. It's a very important card if you intend to win without the combo, but definitely not budged. Budged option: riftwing cloudskate , which is already a 3/4-of.
body double - 1.75 each. Budget, staple, get 4.
reveillark - 3,50 each. Most expensive card of the deck if you play it full budget.
wrath of god - 13,00 each. Not budget, but not easily replacable either. I've got 2, how many have you got? As a competitive magic player, try and get 4 in the long term. Budget option condemn , temporal isolation , oblivion ring , other white 1-for-1's.
mirror entity - 5,50 each. If you use full bonded fetch and careful consideration , you can easily replace them with nantuko husk . However, it's not that expensive, and not having this seriously undermines your backup aggro plan.
epochrasite - 5,00 each. Not playing this hurts, but it isn't that important (except the nice synergy with the other staple rare, mirror entity ). Its best use is versus decks with mass removal, and you're not even worried about those decks (regarding the combo), post-wrath evoke rev and GG. Versus aggro aven riftwatcher is a fine replacement.
pithing needle - 17,50 each. Not budged at all, but playable in all formats, just like WoG try and get a playset over a longer period of time. Shuts down planeswalkers and manlands, and other problematic activated abilities (reinforce!). Replacable by oblivion ring vs planeswalkers, manland is still a big problem. Bounce them I guess, they come back tapped anyways.

Will post my list later, going to bed now.

Well not so much Orhan or Hyppie,

But in GWB a Doran Build would be pretty good.

Saffi + a sac engine (Nantuko Husk, say). Evoke the 'Lark, save it with Saffi, 'Lark dies and returns Saffi and another tech dude (Aven Riftwatcher, um... Ravenous Rats? Actually, do you need more tech other than infinite life and an almost-unkillable Doran?). Sac 'Lark to Husk and repeat as often as needed.
My decks comes in two sizes: 40 and 100.

Exactly.

Infinite Life is plenty for a win.

I was looking on Gatherer just now, the only other options are something Marsh Flitter for infinite dudes/a ginormous Nantuko Husk. Infinite life was enough for Project X, I guess, so...

Oh, hey, wait, there's Bitter Ordeal I just remembered about, which Project X sometimes had as a backup, right? That could be okay.

Yeah it could be pretty good.
Bitter Ordeal.

It's also not bad in the mirror if this deck becomes popular.

Elemental Harbinger tutors up 2 of the three cards of your combo ( Reveilark and Mirror Entity ). This would involve splashing red however, but its potentially worth looking into.

First off, this deck has been made before this thread existed, the only and key piece it was missing was mirror entity. I've been play testing this deck a bit and it definitely won't be breaking any formats. It's situational and very slow. That being said it's also very fun to play.

I agree although mirror entity was brought up in the other thread long before this thread too.

After a little brainstorming here is what I came up with for a deck.

Project Y or Z or other letter

Creatures: 2 x 3
4 x +[Revilark]+[c]" class="linkedCardName" target="_blank">[c]Revilark Revilark &type=card">
4 x +[Saffi]+[Eriksdotter]+[c]" class="linkedCardName" target="_blank">[c]Saffi Eriksdotter Saffi Eriksdotter &type=card">
4 x +[Mirror]+[Entity]+[c]" class="linkedCardName" target="_blank">[c]Mirror Entity Mirror Entity &type=card">
3 x +[Merrow]+[Whitsniper]+[c]" class="linkedCardName" target="_blank">[c]Merrow Whitsniper Merrow Whitsniper &type=card">
3 x +[Venser,]+[Shaper]+[Servant]+[c]" class="linkedCardName" target="_blank">[c]Venser, Shaper Servant Venser, Shaper Servant &type=card">
3 x +[Bottle]+[Gnomes]+[c]" class="linkedCardName" target="_blank">[c]Bottle Gnomes Bottle Gnomes &type=card">

Now I'm not sure about the mana base. They are by far the worst parts of most of my decks.

What I like about the combo is that it is basically . There is no need for a 3rd or fourth color to go off. Entity acts as the sac outlet and you can get the engine going if you abuse the stack right. Win conditions are Mill, Infinite Damage, Infinite Life, and infinite Bounce/Counters. If you manage to get the combo set up, It is instant speed. Harmonic Sliver is a silver bullet against a lot of things. Should the happen to play something annoying like Imperial Mask , you use whitsniper to mill yourself until the sliver hits the yard, and recur it from there. I like all the little cute plays it has. Mill myself to get whatever creature I need into the yard, and go from there. Recurring Vensers provide protection.

The big thing I don't like is that it is slow. Artifact mana is the only acceleration I have at the moment. The addition of Red would speed it up with additions like rite of flames , smokebraider , and incandescent soulstoke , but that is another deck I am working on :D

Mirror entity combo explained Show

1) With [saffi, lark, entity] in play you activate entity for 0.
2) Before it resolves, activate it again.
3) Repeat step 2) 998 times

---1000 entity abilities now on the stack

4) Sac saffi target revilark.
5) Let 1 entity ability resolve (999 left on stack)
6) Return Revilark
7) Return Saffi and Win condition

8) Repeat steps 4-7 998 more times
9) Final resolution bring back Saffi and Mirror Entity
