Why is the deck labled "Greater Good Control" absent of Greater Good except for 2 in the sideboard?

Wow yall should fire whoever is in charge of promos at WOTC... Seriously treva the renewer? WTF are yall thinking... at least M. Wake sees play in cube... Just wow... So PT spikes get a BAD Timmy card(not even good like monger/gargadon), and GPs get chrome mox? How does this track for whoever was in charge?

I like the Treva. Completely useless, but at least she's pretty. She looks like a Silver Dragon from DnD.

I, for one, question the effectiveness of a 6 mana sorcery-speed pump-spell.

Did they just have something left sitting around from FtV Dragons and had to throw it somewhere? You guys really need to get your act together on promos. If you aren't doing them right, you'll just annoy people. I know, it's free, but people still get ******. First Ajani and Ajani for Release and Prerelease, then That Terrible Treefolk guy I can't remember at states.

As far as promos go, the fact that there was a foil promo for States was amazing. WOTC wasn't even going to make one in the first place, so they had to come up with something last minute. It's the same with Ajani, there was too little time to commision new artwork and all that for a seperate card, so they had to use the same one. Be glad they had promos for all the events.
As far as Treva goes, just because the card wasn't format Dominating doesn't mean that it's bad. I believe Treva was the second most played dragon, right after Rith, in Invasion (can't provide decklists, sorry). Nobody even used Wake in any decks last year, so the whole craptacular promo arguement could have come up then. It didn't because Wake was a format defining deck. Rith would have been a good Promo, but it just got new art AND foil for FtV:D, so useing that as a promo would get people upset that there are too many Riths out there and that they are being too repetative. Fires of Yavimaya would have been more in line with Wake, but then there would have been complaints about having an uncommon as the PT promo.
Don't complain about a promo not being relevant, especially the PT ones. They are meant to commemerate an event. The States and FNM promos are usually standard relevant because they are attended by so many people and it becomes an incentive for others to play in the first place. PT and GP promos are commemorative, and if they happen to be relevant to your metagame, well, that's just a bonus.
