Red wants to be known as the colour that follows its heart. Unfortunately, it's more often known as the colour that follows its enemy's heart after dropkicking it down the hillside.

But not quite known for the little sing-song that Red likes when it's yearning after someone else's heart to dropkick.

That's just how Red PLAYS, but really, it wants to be a folk singer.

You do have a history of smashing things.

It's a game about fighting. Of course, I smash things.

I really wish that one day there would be a set that explores the other aspects of redness mechanically.

Agreed, although Lorwyn did a good job of showing red's less-smashy side with the boggarts and flamekin. Too bad Shadowmoor went back to "light things on fire, then eat them".

Did anyone else read red's voice in a thick New York accent?

I read it as the voice of my classmate, who's a crazy, suger-high blond that talks really, really fast. Quite red, I'd say :/

Kind of hard. Being a game about blowing stuff up as it were. Red needs to absorb instant support from blue to help represent it's artistic side.(Yes i'm saying red should have instant/sorcery support.)

Too much focus on mathematical constructs(emotions) and not enough focus on chaos.

The article in question]Blue can't find a way to make them make sense. Because they don't. That's the beauty of them. If we could just break down what makes our emotions work, they wouldn't be the wonders that they are.

Main problem with the article is the focus on emotion instead of chaos itself.
That and if anyone is misunderstanding emotions here it's red, they do make sense and can be broken down into there componen wrote:

Good article, though I don't feel "Red" sounded much like red. He talked more like "Blue" or "White", being analytical and calm. Ah well, red is cool anyway.

I agree, and from the beginning with White I don't think the character was ever properly expressed in the writing style. Blue did better than most I think, and it started out OK here. But I don't think it was as expressive as it could have been.

This makes me think I might be more red than I had previously thought.
