Ball lightning helps burn even more than lightning bolt imho. Burn is going to be pretty popular and lists like this will be everywhere. Yep the future is bright :D .
True post count: 9,900 Thanks Wotc for not counting archived posts. If I post without capital letters than means I'm posting from my phone. For some reason it hates typing capital letters. Go_Texans on MTGO.

Other decks were able to mainboard (or board in general) hate for the above decks. Affinity had to waste spots in order to do that (and it still struggled). However, now that the above is gone, Affinity can go on and consistently win turn four with glee. You aren't getting it. I agree that the format is slightly better for affinity post rotation, but that still doesn't change the fact that affinity is simply worse than other affinity decks you could choose from. Naya zoo decks are just as fast and more consistant, harder to hate out oh and yeah they beat the stuffing out of affinity in the aggro vs aggro match.

Naya Zoo is getting alot worse, it's mana is going to be much less consistent or Wild Nacatl and Kird Ape are getting a lot worse.

Lightning Bolt more than makes up for that. Lightning bolt is a welcome addition, but not a replacement. If Kitty and Ape fail to be consistent 2 / 3 and 3 / 3 on turn 2, aggro may better explore other color combinations.
If Limited gets in the way of printing good Constructed cards...

I never said Bolt was a replacement. It just makes up for the rather infrequent (if you build your manabase right) color/basic land type problems.

I never said Bolt was a replacement. While it isn't a replacement, it does not more than make up for it. Zoo is not burn.
Path to Exile, while it would be a good card in CounterTop, does not make up for the fact that SDT is banned. Same is true for Zoo. A support card will rarely ever be more than a support card.
The kitty has been neutered, and no amount of male enhancement can make up for it.

The kitty has been neutered, and no amount of male enhancement can make up for it. You're really overestimating how many mana problems Zoo will have. The manabase really isn't bad at all. I'm currently using this:
4 Stomping Ground 4 Temple Garden 4 Sacred Foundry 4 Mountain 4 Plains 3 Forest
It works fine. Yeah, you have to play 23 lands, but with Ranger of Eos in the deck, you want at least 22 anyways.
Also, your analogy is very flawed, but I don't really care since it isn't relevant anyways.

Statistically speaking, using mntwins' manabase, you're bound to have every one of your basic land types in your opening hand. Forest is the one you have the least and you have ten. This gives you approximately 125% chance of drawing one in your opening hand.
Of course, statistics aren't everything and you could get screwed anyways, but so will all 3-Color decks in the post-rotation.
