God, you didn't even slip us an "unofficial" wording on Time Vault. I know what the card SAYS but what if it's a beginning of upkeep trigger or something?

I was asked to give you a message:
"Dear WotC,
Please stop eating baby seals.
Hugs and kisses,
Prismatic"
He said you'd know what it meant...
EDIT to add some content: "Imperial Seal compares favorably to Vampiric Tutor, a card already restricted in Online Classic, and Mana Crypt is one of a long line of mana accelerants that has proven to be overly powerful in great number time and time again. For the health of the format, these tools are being restricted to one per deck."
I think they're good. Except that you seem to loathe the concept of the Prismatic format. Not even just content to mess with it anymore, you've stepped up to outright ignoring it now, and you have for nearly a year. If you're giving up on keeping track of it, that's fine. But please, pretty please, unban everything and let the players sort it out. As it is now, well, it's useless.

Why didn't you talk about the B/R changes in Elder Dragon Highlander(Commander) ?

I'm still ****** about Sensei's Divining Top being banned. Restricted would have been ok. And why not Narcomoeba or Dread Return for what is obviously the best deck in Extended. Now Dredge is going to win everything.... I guess I'm moving back to Affinity, the most un-fun deck to run.... Grrrrrrrrrr....

Dear Wizards:
Why did you restrict the not-yet-printed Imperial Seal and Mana Crypt in Online Classic, yet leave Necropotence unrestricted? Not restricting Necropotence requires more of a justification than any of the other changes already made.

I'm still ****** about Sensei's Divining Top being banned. Restricted would have been ok. They do not restrict cards in formats other than Vintage. Period. And restricting it wouldn't have made all that much of a difference anyway, because Trinket Mage is still in the format, among many other tutors.
And so people say to me, "How do I know if a word is real?" You know, anyone who's read a children's book knows that love makes things real. If you love a word, use it! That makes it real. Being in the dictionary is an artificial distinction; it doesn't make the word any more real than any other word. If you love a word, it becomes real. --Erin McKean, Redefining the Dictionary

Grrrrrrrrrr.... Oh, come on. You don't even need ultra-specialized hate to nuke Affinity. The deck has basically two cards worth worrying about: Arcbound Ravager and Cranial Plating. Both get shut down by Pithing Needle. Are you that scared of a bunch of Frogmites and Myr Enforcers?
Also, the rotation of Odyssey block slows Dredge down quite a bit, because Odyssey block has all the best discard outlets.
