The Sliver comment struck me: they've all been designed already. Does that mean we've seen the last of them, or that the next batch has already been designed and THAT would be the last?

Seems to me there's at least room for hybrid slivers, somewhere.

I *think* the sliver comment was a joke.

that was just bizarre.
When the new forums were unveiled I started compiling a list of legitimate complaints and recommendations.
Many of these problems have been fixed, but if you have anything to contribute, please do

I doubt we've seen the last of them. If nothing else, the relationship between Vedalken AEthermage and Homing Sliver (both having typecycling and the AEthermage's weird bouncing of slivers) demands an explanation!

is it only with my crappy computer or is some of the article covered by floating cards that are hyper linked to their gather counterpart?

edit: nvm it just the look of the new columns threw me off.

I think that he shown us some of the Shards of Alara creature types: Hellions and Trulls

How to autocard and use decklist format:Spoiler: Show
For autocarding, write [c][/c] with the name of the card inside it.

[c]Island[/c] = Island

For linking a card to Gatherer without writting the name of said card for readers, use the autocard brackets together with and equal sign and right the name of the real card. Then put the message you want inside the tags, like you would do with autocarding. Like this:

[c=Curse of the Cabal]Captain Never-resolves[/c] = Captain Never-resolves

For using the decklist format, follow this:
[deck=Deck Name]
4* Card Name
4* Card Name
...
[/deck]

It equals:

Deck Name

4 x Card Name
4 x Card Name
...

Real signature, Sblocked for space:
Spoiler: Show

"Ad Vecktorum Spolias" - Kyrna.

"Playing Magic without Blue is like sleeping without any sheets or blankets.  You can do it...but why?" - Dymecoar

Me: "I love the moment when a control deck stabilizes. It feels so... right."
Omega137: "I like the life drop part until you get there, it's the MtG variant of bungee jumping"

"Just do it like Yu-Gi-Oh or monkeys: throw all the crap you got at them and hope it works or else the by-standers (or opponents) just get dirty and pissed." - Zigeif777

And I'm on Magic Arcana. How about you?

Curious as to why Saprolings got a Ravnican shout-out but not Thrulls.

I'm thinking that the creature types that Doug talks about are all going to be in Shards and that Slivers won't be. I think that was his little joke about it. But we'll see.

Nice read.

And I read it all, despite the fact that it was so very hard to get to the parts hidden behind the card pictures. Get that fixed soon please!
