If i activate a card with an "until end of turn" effect, such as a manland or totem, during my opponent's end of turn, does the effect last until the next eot (mine)?

No. "Until end of turn" never lasts beyond the end of the current turn.
You might be thinking of abilities that trigger "at end of turn."

No. "Until end of turn" effects end in the Cleanup step, which is right after the End of Turn step.
