Batch getting late

Hello,

This is my first batch, it was sent in 2009-04-08, so exactly one month ago. Yet it hasn't arrived yet. Should I worry?
I'm from Spain and may be that delays it a little bit more.

I am from germany and did not receive my rewards yet.
