Pestilence alone is not that good because it does damage to you also, but combined with a circle it becomes really good. I have to disagree. My previous playgroup learned to hate Pestilence in my black decks and Ive never played with any CoPs ever in any deck since Ive been playing.
Pestilence is probably one of the best black enchantments in the game when its played right.

I wouldn't have Underworld Dreams so high on the list personally. It draws hate like nothing else and the only way to really get past that is to make a nasty combo. It works, but a card that only works well in one deck shouldn't be close to the top imo. Also, I know I mentioned this in Scrivener's thread, but Traproot Kami is probably somewhere in my top 20 or even top 10. It costs one and gets to incredible sizes. To top it off, it blocks flying. There's not much that gets around this guy. Flying doesn't work, trample doesn't work (try trampling over a 0/30 blocker) and he fits into any green deck perfectly smoothly. All that and nobody wants to use removal on a one-mana wall. I honestly worry more about turn one kami than Underworld Dreams or Megrim . The fact those cards just go in the one deck means everyone knows what to do against them. With the kami, you could be doing anything. It's completely innocuous and bugs the hell out of everyone, but not in a way that makes them want to kill you. Not that they can kill you anyway.

#4 soul warden #5 Essence warden I cannot seem to understand why Auriok Champion isn't in the list if these two are top 5 material. The discussion if the champion is better or worse than those wardens can get lengthy and it simply depends on the deck. If your mana base can handle the champion it is better, otherwise the warden is better (my wardens generally get killed before they do nice things and champion can't be terrored or burned).

I didnt notice Clone anywhere, which i find kind of suprising since its a great card. You get to clone any card you or your opponents have (creature of course) which can help ALOT. My personal favorite way to use this card is to clone a legendary creature that my opponent controls thats either hurting me, or stopping me from hurting them, then bye-bye to their legendary creature and my clone. I may lose my clone but this trick has saved my butt more times than i can count and allowed me to win most of the games i would have otherwise lost.

This list screams t2 and some old stuff. It hardly encompasses the true WTF mentality that some cards can give this bracket of playstyle.
You have a lot of good stuff on here too but it way at the freaking bottom. Wrath of God and Damnation is top 10. No doubt. Along with every other reset button there is.
Sunder / Upheaval / Amargeddon / Obliterate / Balance all of it.
The rack is horrible it targets. Soul Barrier is garbage give me:
Pendrell Mists Propaganda Ghostly Prison Overburden
There is no survival of the fittest, no Temporal Aperture, no puzzle box, no stand still, no ensaring bridge.
Seriously what in the hell are you thinking with this list. You say not to blast you but this is like an insult to the intelligengence of the multiplayer format. Sure some of this list is ok but it just seems like its from a very very small amount of card pools or decks you may have played with.
Grip of Choas is not a good multplayer card its a card that will ensure you get killed every single time. I prefer to win. You have land tax but no scroll rack, you have and which is extremely laughable that tard of a legend at number one but you have no damn recursion on this list. No recurring night mare, no debtor's knell.
Sorry You should really do some more research I've barely discribed even a 10th of the greatest cards of all time.
