I think my opinion on Fungal Reaches is somewhat going to be slanted to it being bad here because in the versions of the deck that it hasn't been in, my win/loss ratio is much higher than when testing versions that used it. That's all, maybe that was just bad luck though.

Sonic Boom really shouldn't be a problem. The game plan against it is to build up enough mana to go split second Molten Disaster ftw! Getting the lethal Disaster should be too hard if you can sneak some creatures through their counter wall(for you, Ironfoot and Sulfur Elemental after sideboarding should get the job done). If RAkroma is useful against more than just Sonic Boom in your metagame, it could be useful to put 2 in the SB.
I haven't played this deck against Faeries, but i can only assume that your sideboarded Sulfurous Blast and Serrated Arrows would make the matchup much better. Still though, that probably only works in theory.

I was thinking the same thing. Search gives me something to do T1, which is why I choose it as a 4 of over Ground, but as a late game draw, it's definitely lacking. LD is pretty much nonexistent in Standard ATM so I'll probably go ahead and swap those. Any thoughts on a Sideboard? I was thinking 3-4 Krosan Grips & 3-4 Sulfur Elementals (mostly so I don't have to depend on a lethal Disaster vs Sonic Boom etc.). I'm also thinking a 3rd disaster in the SB is a solid choice too. My meta is pretty spread out so there's usually a few copies of each archetype floating around.

What does everyone think of Mwonvuli Acid-Moss in the SB? The version I am playing uses it as a 4-of and I find it to be VERY useful for blowing up opposing man-lands/storage lands/Urza's Factory/etc. Btw, after some thinking, I am going to use 2 Fungal Reaches.

what's everyone's experience with the 'Goyf in this deck? The list i've been playing with has them, but i have seen alot of winning list without them. If anyone has any useful opinions I would love to hear them. Gould there be something better than them? Also, I don't see what this deck would do vs. Poorlash... do we have any options in that matchup? It doesnt seem like we would EVER be able to deal with a Dauntless Dourbark .

He usually doesn't get huge quick, but as his CC is only 1G.... he can prove a difference later on when you're able to drop a 4/5 really cheaply...
A flashed hellkite/cloudthresher is usually proving the difference maker early on for me...
Cheers
