Regarding Warp World (a specialist subject of mine in a way since it's my most-played Casual deck) and Twinning Glass - the main problem here is not the spare mana (which Warp World decks can never get enough of) so much as the fact that when Warp goes off your hand is unlikely to contain a second Warp copy. Best solution is probably Eternal Witness, which the deck loves anyway. Warp decks do well as RG (or RGu) because they really like land-searching creatures as well as stuff like Fists of Ironwood (three permanents for two mana). There will always be a Warp in your graveyard at the right moment for obvious reasons, so if you happen to hit a Witness (not unlikely) then you can return Warp, play Twinning Glass from your hand if you didn't get a free one, then Warp again for 1. Any spare mana you can sink into Pentavus or just float it for use after the second Warp.

Actually, when I tried to make a Waprp World deck, the mana was my biggest problem. Did you use Heartbeat of Spring?

When it was originally in Standard the combo was with Heartbeat + Anarchist to retrieve spent copies. Twinning Glass seems like a better option than Heartbeat, since you typically don't give your opponent a turn to abuse Heartbeat before you go off. Obviously the flip side to this is that you don't have the ability to combo on turn four without Heartbeat, so maybe it is worth trying with a 2/3 split between them?
The Leech Bonder combo looks awesome, and could easily be built into a control deck shell in standard... Each of the parts are useful on their own - Utopia Vow is natively a Pacifism and Leech Bonder is obviously some quality creature removal in blue. Add in Primal Command to search for the Bonder, and also happily provide life gain to counteract RDW and the graveyard shuffle against Reveillark decks - it could very well be a solid tier 2 deck.

A noble attempt at cracking a truly terrible rare, twinning glass, safely jankified by wizards in so many ways so that it could never be abused. I think the only use for that card is in sideboards for mirror matches in big mana decks vs. other big mana decks. For example if say your opponent plays dragonstorm, you play your own dragonstorm in response with twinning glass for  and kill him with his dragonstorm trigger on the stack. My suggestion for a wacky shadowmoor deck is a Mischief of the Phooka- Colfenor's plans deck. You know you want to build it....

The answer is indeed 42! Too bad that planet, third from a star, in a completely unimportant solar system had to be demolished for an sake of intergalactic logistics. Now we may never know the question... Also, Robbin' Leech would like to show you the lifestyles of the untapped and fishy. :P

Except that Dragonstorm is a Sorcery, and Twinning Glass doesn't grant you the ability to play Sorceries during your opponent's turn.
My suggestion for a wacky shadowmoor deck is a Mischief of the Phooka- Colfenor's plans deck. You know you want to build it.... I would also like to see some Colfenor's Plans abuse.
